6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Isabelle, at Jackson-Stops Sevenoaks was recommended to me by a friend. Isabelle and her team did not disappoint, they were professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, communicated regularly and were on top of the sale process from start to finish.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!<br><br>From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the lettings process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier to navigate from abroad.<br><br>A special thank you to Hue-Ying for showing me the property, Hannah for helping me navigate the application paperwork, Sebastian for his tech expertise, Lydia for guiding me through the final stages of the letting process, and Dason from the Hastings office for stepping in whenever needed. Each of you played an important role in making this process a positive experience!<br><br>The team at Reeds Rains is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive from beginning to end. 30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Far from being a traumatic and worrying time it has gone smoothly and stress free . They have handled every stage professionaly and always been on hand to answer any queries. Nice to know some people actually answer the phone !!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help whatever the problem . Special thanks to Ben and his amazing team and to Ashley in Hastings. 17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

The broken gutter was causing an annoying noise on my conservatory when raining &, being a homeworker, it was very distracting. Martin of Scott’s acted quickly. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers.
