We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

I fear if it wasn’t for Curtis, I would still be waiting to complete. Curtis was efficient and prompt with communication and I would highly recommend Fox and Sons for anyone looking to buy/sell.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless. On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week. What impressed us most was their communication, they kept the entire chain moving, coordinating everything between all parties and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you all for your help. 22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

Moving from Manchester to Bexhill was made easier by Mel and her team, not only were they professional, proactive, and supportive throughout the entire process but extremely friendly. Their communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage and helping to resolve any issues quickly. We still call into their office for local advice and they are more than happy to chat with us. A big thank you to the Bexhill Estates team
30th May 2026 (20 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
