17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The broken gutter was causing an annoying noise on my conservatory when raining &, being a homeworker, it was very distracting. Martin of Scott’s acted quickly. He arranged a contractor to erect scaffolding & repair the gutter in super quick time. Many thanks Martin! Great response. Eileen

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
