The whole team, especially Nick Futter, are courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and take your perspective as a seller into full consideration, and treat you with respect and care. 5 stars for Milestone Whitton!
30th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

We were expected to hold our own viewings and didn't get much follow up outside once they happened.- 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I could not have asked for more from Mark, Charity and the team! I listed with another agent for a few months with no offers. Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.

Try to be British but can’t even speak properly very bad experience when trying to talk to someone .<br>Don’t even listen I don’t what she think of herself.<br>Very rude behaviour.<br>She just always put your call on hold and talk like we owe her.
27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)There was a hole behind the kitchen built-in shelves and every day mouse got in through the hole. I told them to send engineer to fix the issue but their answer was maybe you are not clean!! So, I had to move out because of that but they didn’t give my deposit because they said you should stay more than 6 months with mice. They are extremely impolite and rude. One star is too much for them.

There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

16th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I first met Jake when I needed a probate valuation for my late mother’s house. I was really impressed when Jake came round mid afternoon, carried out the valuation & then he actually returned a few hours later to drop the valuation off to me in person. When I decided to sell the house in March 2026 I had no hesitation in going with Jake as my sole Estate Agent. Once again I was not disappointed as my house sold in a matter of a few weeks. I was really Impressed with Jake’s cool, calm & collected manner and he is very professional & does exactly what he says he is going to do. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend the services of Allday & Miller.
