From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

31st May 2026 (19 days ago)I would be very reluctant to place my trust in them again. We recently made an initial offer on a property, which the estate agent described as ‘putting us up there’. In hindsight, that phrasing was quite misleading. It gave us the impression we were already the highest bidder when that was apparently not the case. Despite this, we responded positively by increasing our offer, ultimately making it the highest — the seller later then indicated that we were not ‘committed’ enough to the sale, citing our initial lower offer as the reason. We had provided all requested information promptly, were in a very strong position (chain-free with a substantial deposit ready), and believed we had demonstrated clear commitment by raising our offer. This experience left us feeling the process was both puzzling and unfair. It is disappointing when a higher offer is ultimately turned down based on subjective justifications relating to an earlier bid, which I still find hard to believe. When I later questioned how another offer had been accepted so quickly and how the process had moved forward without our knowledge, I raised concerns that there may have been some impropriety favouring the other party. This was met with an extremely aggressive reaction: the estate agent banged his finger repeatedly on the table in an attempt to intimidate me while raising his voice. The other agents present sat back and watched without intervening giving the impression this was ordinary behaviour within this branch and scenarios like this happen all the time here.

20th May 2026 (30 days ago)My fiancé and I had the pleasure of buying through Carter Duthie. Isla showed me the property and was knowledgeable about the building and area, friendly and was always quick to respond. The offer process was smooth and every step felt transparent and well explained. On a subsequent viewing with Yvonne she gave us all the time we needed to see the property in more detail and take measurements. I called once after business hours and Adrian, the director of the business picked up and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the team here and when we move again will be using them.

7th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did. Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care

They recently sold my property, and we could not be happier with the service we received, they went above and beyond, keeping us fully informed every step of the way.
