18th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
18th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had lovely stay at this property. It is an excellent location close to tube and bus stops, shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms were perfect size for our family. The flat was well stocked, had clear instructions and recommendations were provided and communication with James was excellent. James went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The team was always helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with, and any questions or issues I had were handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Steven, who was consistently kind, attentive and very helpful throughout my time at the flat. I felt very well looked after from the beginning of the tenancy through to moving out. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Hellas Helvetia to anyone looking to rent in London.

27th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)There was a hole behind the kitchen built-in shelves and every day mouse got in through the hole. I told them to send engineer to fix the issue but their answer was maybe you are not clean!! So, I had to move out because of that but they didn’t give my deposit because they said you should stay more than 6 months with mice. They are extremely impolite and rude. One star is too much for them.

10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
6th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
