First class service which I am happy to recommend at this branch of Hampton's International. They managed then sold my flat. The Lettings service is excellent and they take care of all the issues. Selling the flat, alway tortuous in the English system until you actually exchange contracts was made more bearable by their sales agent who checked and cajoled with all four parties (me, the buyer and our respective solicitors) every few days then updated me on the progress.
Very uninterested in meeting the needs of all customers. Pretentious attitude towards desirable demographic areas.The service offered is very biased and looks only to meet the needs of the middle class.

We have used KFH Chiswick to rent out our property in the past and did not hesitate to return this time round. They are fast, efficient, responsive and friendly and make the whole process easy. Well done Olivia, Kassandra and Rebecca!
It's a shame I can't place a rating lower than a 1 as I have had a terrible experience with this Real-estate agency. I have been lied to I have been offended by its staff and I have entered a house that has had zero work done to its water, heating and several other general aspects that make a house habitable despite being told that 'its all been taken care of'. In all my years of living in different countries and different cultures I have never seen such laziness and lack of feeling towards tenants.
We recently let a flat in Chiswick from the wonderful Ashley Parsons. I can honestly say we haven't had the best luck with estate agents, but then we met Ashley. Looking for a property has never been such a pleasure. My husband and I were overwhelmed with the service she provided, sometimes working through all hours of the night and making sure she found us exactly what we were looking for without ever cutting corners. She has the most wonderful character and manner about her and was always such a pleasure to deal with. We will most definitely be recommending Ashley to all our families and friends that are looking to rent in the area. Thank you so much Ashley for your incredible service xxxx
Made the decision to edit my review now that I have left my Winkworth property. I was initially asked to leave a good review and as this was before things turned sour I agreed. The entire 6 months period renting through Winkworth was an absolute nightmare. Admin fees were extortionate, deposit was way over the government advised minimum and I was only told after I signed my contract that Winkworths wouldn't actually manage the property and all repairs would need to be done through the landlord. My landlord lived the other side of london and I never met her as she refused to come and assess anything that I reported. In addition she refused to hire a handyman to fix things like a window that wouldn’t open which resulted in me contracting a chest infection from the damp. She was abusive over email and attempted to extort money from me anyway she could. I finally got out of my contract early with the help of Damian, the only helpful person at Winkworths who did everything he could (he has unfortunately now left) but I am about £300 down after covering more admin costs from moving out as well as the inventory charges and having to pay some money to my landlady to cover a table she claimed I broke but refused to send me pictures to prove any damage. Honestly would advise anyone against going with Winkworths.
Just bought a house through John D Wood in Chiswick and they were excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were kind enough to give us two bottles of wine and a card when we got the keys to our new house which was a lovely surprise.
I would NOT recommend JDW lettings in Chiswick.
Post acquisition of FitzGibbon the service has been appalling.
The whole sales team at Featherstone Leigh were fantastic. From the viewings, right through to completion they were professional, supportive and most importantly friendly. We appreciate everything the team did to help to sell our property!
Worst bunch of people I've ever dealt with.
They are acting as if they are doing you a favour by giving this service.
I've pushed, pushed and kept calling for days just to be told that on sorry he/her is not in.. Emails are never never replied to.
At the end I've had to give a lift to one of the clerks and even take him back at the end of the viewing - so the clients are a taxi now.
I've immediately to put an offer in only to receive more days of ignorance and not answering calls.

BUYER BEWARE should be in bold, highlighted and then underlined ! Having rung them the day before the auction was to end, they confirmed to me that the Microsoft software which i was intending to bid on, was indeed unactivated and unregistered......... End result was that i ended up with £550 of useless registered / Activated software ( confirmed by Microsoft themselves ).... Having made several phone calls to John Pye explaining the situation, i was told repeatedly that a manager would contact me back............Waiting.........Still Waiting........ Get the Picture !
