19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Wow , on top of that they are liars. After my response to look unedited photos you never came back to me and now falsely accusing me of “ abusive email” what a bunch of liars

Within the week they had secured an excellent offer from a cash buyer.<br>Under Andrew's watchful eye and expertise the sale progressed without any issues. He was always available to answer any questions we had and steered us through the whole process.<br>Highly recommended.

Her communication has been excellent throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and making the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free.<br><br>What really sets Sorrel apart, however, is her lovely personality and great sense of humour! I’ll admit I was initially quite wary of estate agents, as I had always had the impression that the main priority was securing the sale and commission, but Michael completely changed that perception for me.<br><br>From the beginning, he really listened to what I liked and disliked and was always genuine and straightforward with me. I never felt pressured into making a decision, and I genuinely felt that he wanted to help me find the right property rather than simply make a sale.<br><br>My situation also had a few more moving parts than a straightforward purchase, and Michael was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole process. He followed up closely, kept things moving where he could, and often went above and beyond to help.<br><br>What I especially appreciated was how approachable he was. He would always reassure me that there was no such thing as a silly question and to just ask him anything, and he would always do his best to assist or find out the answer for me. That made what could have been quite a stressful process feel a lot easier.<br><br>Overall, Michael was sincere, responsive and genuinely supportive from beginning to end. I’m really happy with my new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.

He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up.
