Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Their deep knowledge of the market and strong attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. Communication was fantastic, we never felt like we were waiting around for information. All round a very smooth experience, thank you!

They managed what became a fairly volatile and challenging situation with real expertise, professionalism and empathy throughout.<br><br>From the outset, they took the time to properly understand the property, meaning they could answer our questions when showing us around and, when they didn’t immediately have an answer, worked hard to get one. They were knowledgeable, responsive and consistently strong communicators, while also doing a great job of articulating the value of the property without ever resorting to the traditional pushy, hard-sell approach.<br><br>What really stood out was the combination of professionalism and a genuine local touch. You can see why they have been in the business for such a long time. Experienced, thoughtful and hardworking, and a very different experience from the stereotypical estate agent.

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Special thanks to Mr Ali Khan who has gone above and beyond to help me on a number of occasions to resolve dispute with neighbours or tenants. Keep it up team ????????????????????????

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert

30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We have worked with Martin Clements of Clements Habba for most of 2026 and have just successfully completed the sale of our flat in Richmond. A personal recommendation from a neighbour led us to Martin and we were impressed from the outset by his manner and by the thoughtful approach he suggested for marketing our home.<br><br>Martin was always contactable, and given the small size of the company, we dealt directly with him for every aspect of the sale. This provided confidence and continuity as Martin both sought out and freely provided information and updates during the process, especially after we accepted an offer and started conveyancing.<br><br>I would have no reservations at all in recommending Clements Habba to anyone looking to sell or buy homes in West London. Martin’s professional manner, attention to detail and drive to complete made things easier for us during what was sometimes a stressful process. I’ll end our review with my wife’s opinion. Past dealings with estate agents had left her sceptical but in Martin’s case she has nothing but good things to say the man!!
