A special thank you to Paula for being so patient, responsive, and supportive throughout everything. Taya and Will were also extremely helpful and made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate all the care, professionalism, and effort from the team — it made settling into the property a much better experience. Highly recommended!
12th May 2026 (6 days ago)I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons. After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first. Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional. Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding - and we always felt that she had everything in hand. It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care. Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over. And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart. Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons. She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today. If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would! If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly. Kristy May McCormack

Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.
24th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool
15th May 2026 (3 days ago)11/10 for Natasha at Domus Nova. She worked patiently with me for 2+ months for my international move and rigorous referencing process. She gives NYC hustle vibes...very important when inventory can move quickly. Although she was representing the landlord, I felt just as seen and heard as a tenant and my requests were met with prompt communication despite challenging time zones. Her detail-oriented and kind spirit made me feel so comfortable signing a lease without seeing the flat in person. My lovely home is JUST as a described. The light, the garden...it is all so dreamy. I feel so grateful to have met Natasha and would recommend her to anyone looking to find their next home.

Gill and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and how proactive they were in getting all the little things sorted before we moved in. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their clients. We’re now looking forward to enjoying Chiswick to the fullest in our new home. Thank you again to Gill and the team for all your help!

19th May 2022 (3 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

They worked very hard to promote our property in a difficult market and achieved what seemed a reasonable sale price. We particularly liked their calm, un-pushy approach, and how helpful David was with both our sale and ongoing purchase. Highly recommended.

They were consistently professional, polite, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my time in the property. Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. It made a real difference knowing I was dealing with agents who were both competent and genuinely pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to others. Tryfon
5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

1st Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We’ve just sold a 3 bed penthouse at 500 Chiswick Road. Lewin initially got us hooked in with proactive advice, which got us listing with KF exclusively. Fabienne took over and partnered with us for almost 18 months. Without her help, the sale wouldn’t have happened. Fabienne is a rare find and the whole package: if you were to list your ideal agent, you’d find Fabienne ticks all the boxes. Having spent yrs headhunting talent, I can assert with confidence that she’s got it. Values, humour (and did we need it!), she’s indefatigable, with razor sharp intelligence, she’s thorough, responsible for forging through sizeable roadblocks…I could go on forever. If we ever sell our family home, it wouldn’t occur to us to look elsewhere. In a congested market, she’s head and shoulders above the rest I've ever met.

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

9th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
