Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Simple have been excellent. My sale dragged on from November to yesterday for all sorts of reasons. Harkiran my agent kept me constantly updated and also answered all my stupid questions! I am.very happy with Simple Estate Agents and would definitely recommend.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Having him as my sole point of contact from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange gave me complete peace of mind and made communication effortless.<br>Even in a tough market, he managed to find us a fantastic buyer.
