19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

She always checks with me before taking any action and keeps me fully informed throughout the process, which I really appreciate.<br><br>She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.<br><br>She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

They were excellent throughout and really went above and beyond, with wonderful marketing and photography, professional viewings and an efficient offer process. They achieved around twenty viewings in a week and multiple offers at a time when other agents may be slow and struggling.<br><br>I was also a landlord for around ten years using Greenwoods to manage the property.<br><br>With both sales and lettings, Peter Greenwood has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of properties and the market. If ever there was an issue, which required his higher level of expertise and gravitas, he would step in to resolve. We knew we could rely on him and his dedication and professionalism.<br><br>With lettings negotiations and management, Indiana was fantastic and always keen to achieve the best outcome.<br><br>Scott is a star and really brilliant too.<br><br>Thanks to Greenwoods for all their hard work and great relationship for the last decade! A pleasure to work with.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. Everything was handled fairly and efficiently, and we were very pleased to receive our full deposit back.<br><br>A special thank you to Indiana and Fabjola for their excellent service and support.
