19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

More care and attention from a smaller family run business rather than a larger corporate estate agent. It is clear they have many years of local knowledge. Ray not only helped with the sale of our house but with the purchasing of our new home in a different area of the country. He went beyond what was expected at the end of process to make it happen for everyone in the chain. Even though we are no longer in the area, Ray would be the first person that I would call for advise if ever to buy again.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)We recently finished our tenancy with London Estates? and had a genuinely positive experience throughout. John was absolutely brilliant from day one — always professional, approachable and quick to help whenever needed. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and the whole process felt fair and transparent. It really made a difference dealing with someone who is organised, respectful and actually cares about providing good customer service. Renting in London can often be stressful, but John made things much easier for us and we really appreciated all of his support during the tenancy and move-out process. Would highly recommend London Estates? and especially John to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agency. Thank you again! ?????

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property. Very impressed with Dyaun Harvey who progressed the sale and provided excellent guidance and communication throughout the entire process. Great knowledge and understanding of securing a buyer despite many challenges along the way Highly commend and would use their services again.
6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have dealt with estate agents for the last 8 years, roughly once a year, and have, to say the least, grown to dislike and distrust them. They would always rush you, then make you wait, sometimes use you just as a bargaining chip in someone else’s offer. They have always made renting an overly stressful and convoluted process. Then we met Tay from Majestic Properties, who is unlike any other agent I have ever dealt with. He was kind, prompt, accommodating and very efficient. From organising a last minute viewing on a weekend, to taking our offer and getting it accepted on the same day, he has been on it the entire time. The referencing process was straightforward, he made our gurantors feel comfortable, he made sure we were able to move in before our previous tenancy expired, and has been available for extra help ever since. He’s very quick to organise a contractor to come in for extra installations, fixes etc, and never leaves us hanging. The only negative sensation I’ve experience during this entire process was when for a moment I thought it was all too good to be true. But Tay didn’t disappoint, and we have moved into a beautiful house, which as a bonus, is owned by absolutely lovely people. Update: a the process of moving out was also so smooth thanks to Tay and Elder, very nice and professional agents. Would recommend them to anyone.
