19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

Looking for properties in London can be so stressful, but with an agent like Aaron, it couldn’t have been easier. After a quick chat with him about what I was looking for, he got back to me with a few options in my price range, that were exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part about the process was picking which place I liked best. Every viewing I showed up to (even when I arrived early), Aaron was ready and waiting to show me my next potential home, with the knowledge and professionalism needed to handle such a big life commitment. London Estates has been outstanding, and it’s clear they care a lot about their tenants and properties. John and the whole team were always so kind and quick with any maintenance concerns we had regarding the flat. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in London!

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. A nice personal touch was checking in on us and seeing how our move is going.

She is warm, professional, helpful and always communicates in such a kind and reassuring way.<br><br>Every time I have contacted her, she has made me feel listened to and has taken the time to help properly rather than making me feel like just another tenant enquiry. She has been especially lovely recently and has handled everything with patience, care and professionalism.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely personable, and Eve is exactly that.
