Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.<br>I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!

They are definitely the experts in the area and were able to find two solid buyers quickly. They then followed the purchase through efficiently. Furthermore they are a nice team, who work well together and are readily available. I would definitely go back to Finlay Brewer again.

They sold us our first home together in SW6 18 years ago and were our go to to both sell and buy in the same postcode earlier this year. Sean is genuinely supportive and listen to what you’re looking for as well as ensuring the best value is achieved on the sell side. Claire was invaluable in the final stages in supporting the documentation process.
19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

They managed what became a fairly volatile and challenging situation with real expertise, professionalism and empathy throughout.<br><br>From the outset, they took the time to properly understand the property, meaning they could answer our questions when showing us around and, when they didn’t immediately have an answer, worked hard to get one. They were knowledgeable, responsive and consistently strong communicators, while also doing a great job of articulating the value of the property without ever resorting to the traditional pushy, hard-sell approach.<br><br>What really stood out was the combination of professionalism and a genuine local touch. You can see why they have been in the business for such a long time. Experienced, thoughtful and hardworking, and a very different experience from the stereotypical estate agent.

Wow , on top of that they are liars. After my response to look unedited photos you never came back to me and now falsely accusing me of “ abusive email” what a bunch of liars

Within the week they had secured an excellent offer from a cash buyer.<br>Under Andrew's watchful eye and expertise the sale progressed without any issues. He was always available to answer any questions we had and steered us through the whole process.<br>Highly recommended.

Dan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and importantly, a genuinely decent and trustworthy person to deal with, providing reassurance throughout what was at times a very stressful sales process across the chain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.

He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up. Even after the tenancy was completed, he remained approachable and helpful, which reflects a genuinely high standard of customer service.<br>My sincere thanks to Harry and the Stirling Ackroyd Chiswick team for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well. Would definitely recommend working with the team here!
