3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Liz Cooke at Kendalls was absolutely excellent and worked very hard to get our house sale over the line; we're grateful for all her tireless communications with the various parties involved, her expertise and tenacity!<br>By way of helpful feedback - we felt that, on reflection, our property was over-priced in the first instance, which made for a slow start to the viewing process, and the original photographs / sales brochure could have been better, but this was rectified quickly.<br>But once we had a buyer Liz Cooke pulled out all the stops and did a great job for us.

21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)The entire team at WH Brown Castleford were amazing from start to finish.<br><br>Dan made sure we got the best mortgage offer for our needs, and Chloe and Kelsey were always efficient and knowledgeable when dealing with all of our viewings and enquiries. We always felt they knew our requirements and worked for us to get us the best.<br><br>Special shout out must go to Leanne, and especially Lily, who took fantastic care of us every step of the way. We absolutely couldn't have done this without her. They sold our property at the price we wanted within 6 weeks and found us the prefect forever home.

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
