12th Jan 2026 (28 days ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley was incredibly helpful and professional, helping us find our new home in a matter of days. She listened to what we were looking for and made the whole process super smooth. Quick and clear communication throughout which is what you need! Highly recommend!
3rd Feb 2026 (6 days ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. Absolute clown show, full marks to all involved.

31st Jan 2026 (9 days ago)Have rented with Peach for 4+ years across two properties, and can only say good things about them. Super responsive, organised, understanding, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately this isn't that common in the London market, so it really stands out!!

While she was away, I assisted with the process and had the pleasure of dealing directly with Michael, and I felt it only right to echo her feedback. Michael was highly professional, reassuring, and an excellent communicator throughout. In addition, he went above and beyond by helping to arrange gardening, rubbish clearance, an end-of-tenancy clean, changing of locks, and more. This level of service truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Cousins Estate Agents; however, it was Michael’s professionalism, his ability to exceed expectations, his calm and controlled negotiating skills during challenging moments, and his overall character that particularly impressed me. I wish him every success in his career, and if you are looking for an estate agent, Michael at Cousins, Tottenham, comes highly recommended.
20th Jun 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Right Now Residential at all costs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was lied to by Remy Tracey, who misrepresented the property I agreed to rent. What I signed up for and what I got were two completely different things. As a disabled tenant, I was subjected to coercive pressure to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretences, and once I moved in, I was left to deal with uninhabitable conditions, unresolved maintenance issues, and no basic utility information. I was forced to unwind the tenancy legally — yet I’ve been completely ignored ever since. Despite sending multiple formal emails and notices, they have failed to return the £2,920.22 they owe me. Their behaviour has been deceitful, negligent, and possibly discriminatory. The only thing they have done is chase me for money — while refusing to engage in any discussion about returning what I am rightfully owed. I’m now having to issue a CCJ just to get my money back. No communication. No responsibility. No integrity whatsoever. Right Now Residential have shown a complete disregard for professionalism, accountability, and decency. This company should not be allowed to operate in the rental market. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
