22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)KFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.

10th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I rented my property through this agency in April 2023. Last month, I erroneously sent them £600 which was meant for the landlord. Only one person has acknowledged my many calls and e-mails however they are now ignoring me and have still not send my money back. Going to get the police involved today. Not sure what is going on.

Really lovely people to speak to and deal with, made what's been a stressful flat hunt a big relief at the end. David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend
