The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
9th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

8th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I have been with David Andrew for over 10 years dealing on my behalf for letting my two properties .from finding new tenants ,managing my two properties or collecting the rent ,I have never had any issues and the David Andrew team were always ready to help or to assist doesn't matter how big or small my enquiries. They were Always very professional and very prompt with answers .I would like to take this chance and say thank you for everything.

He was very nice, knew his properties really well and very importantly explained all the new renting rules in detail, and how he can help me secure a property as my situ not so straightforward. I learnt so much from him, and I could tell he is very experienced and knows exactly what he’s talking about. I felt reassured and that he genuinely is excellent at what he does. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
