23rd May 2026 (23 days ago)These people are very rude. Never go to them again. I rang them this morning regarding my friend’s flat was leaking from ceiling and flooded. The guy who took phone and he was ordering me and he was raging for nothing. When we call them from some sort of emergency situation when have to support us other wise there isn't need of a middle man. And he said me he doesn’t want to change his behaviour for anything.. i bet he is not fit for the job.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. He was really impressive - both hard working and responsive but also smart about meeting my specific requirements. It was a very easy experience thanks to him. I'd highly recommend him. When the admin had to happen Jessica Tonoli was extremely efficient and I am a demanding client who wants things done fast. She met every part of the process really quickly and efficiently . I almost never write a review but feel compelled to do so for these two individuals. I absolutely recommend them and use them again if I ever have to.

They cannot do the basics of customer management. Thank goodness I have not signed my sales contract yet and I can move it to a company that wants the business.
