We found Daniel to be very friendly in the beginning, and then just straight up pushy and tactical.<br>His team were ok, but it would often take a long time to get full responses which is frustrating when purchasing a property.

After a really poor experiece with another local agent working with Arron was a breath of fresh air. Communication was excellent throughout and he made sure everything went really smoothly throughout the sale.I wouldnt hesitate to work with Arron and his team again.

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Dan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and importantly, a genuinely decent and trustworthy person to deal with, providing reassurance throughout what was at times a very stressful sales process across the chain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

Of course, the market was a factor, but the advice increasingly seemed to be simply to reduce the price. We eventually decided it was time for a change.<br><br>From our first conversations, Goldschmidt felt completely different. There was no hard sell, just honest, considered advice and a level of knowledge and professionalism that genuinely stood out. I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical at first, but the difference quickly became apparent: their understanding of the local area and market, the way they approach viewings and prospective buyers, their sales strategy and, importantly, their communication throughout the process were all on another level.<br><br>They ultimately looked after both our sale and our onward purchase, and I really couldn’t fault the experience. Richard leads a fantastic team and everyone has been exceptional; Anthony, Daniel and Raphael all looked after us impeccably from start to finish.<br><br>Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, I can honestly say Goldschmidt stands out. 13th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.

We first met Chris and then Aidan, and I can honestly say that they have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble. No matter how many questions or queries we had, they were always more than happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we were kept fully informed and updated every step of the way.<br><br>What really sets them apart is their genuine friendliness, professionalism, efficiency and knowledge. They are approachable, patient, incredibly helpful and clearly take great pride in what they do.
