Nothing was ever too much, he was contactable through WhatsApp at any time (even when he was on holiday) and went above and beyond. When we are looking again in the future, they will be the first I call.

My husband and I both work in real estate and to see these people in business is a joke. They have been double charging for management fees without any explanation and without notice. They don't answer emails or phone calls, their turnover of staff is constant so you can't get answers from anyone. NOT RECOMMENDED

14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)My wife and I are in the process of buying a home in Chessington, and were lucky to have got Gascoigne Pees to help us with this journey.<br>Melissa Warner is the wonderful lady that has been tasked with doing this for us. She has been nothing short of amazing! The first time she met us, we were a bit sceptical on how she was going to treat us, but very quickly got to realize that she was not judging us, and treated us as if she had known us before- like family. She made us feel very comfortable around her and treated us like royalty. No exaggeration! I mean it. She had time to drive us between properties but also dropped us off at Chessington South Station, at her will. We never asked her. How nice was that? What else can someone do for one to be satisfied? Nothing more. Nothing can beat being treated with respect and utter professinalism. Melissa ticks all the boxes of a super professional. She is simply amazing to deal with.

They were incredibly helpful and informative at every stage of the purchase and sale, on our completion date and helping her settle in during her first few days and weeks there. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, especially to anyone with elderly relatives who need that extra support. Thank you Drewery!!

27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble.
