8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

They have been super helpful from day one - they truly care and establish trust relationship with both tenant and landlord. Totally different league than your high street real estate agencies. They have subsequently also helped sell the flat, and again were top notch all the way. If you're looking for a trusted partner, this is the right team.

She was quick to respond to my many questions on text and the most I waited was half an hour for a response which is amazing based off some estate agents nowadays! If you’re looking to rent Kelsey is amazing and she will help in anyway possible. Thank you Kelsey for helping us to our first home!

However, this estate agent genuinely cares about its clients and puts in the effort to answer any questions and provide help whenever needed.<br><br>I had an especially excellent experience dealing with Daniel Saleem, who is a pleasure to speak to and has made me feel completely reassured throughout the process.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend this estate agent more for the local area. They’re a great option and have provided an excellent service.

Very knowledgeable and honest to all involved parties.<br>We originally advertised our property with Purplebricks but i soon realised it was a mistake. Once moved to Winkworth our deal went through very quickly and at the right price.<br>Definitely recommended.

Both Steve and Lukasz were extremely knowledgeable and experienced and their professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.<br><br>Whenever I needed to contact them they were always there to answer questions or provide an update which made the whole process much less stressful. 12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

Mo made the whole first time experience of selling my home straight forward and easy, he got me a buyer quickly and kept to the timescales that he set out for sale and completion with regular updates on the progress which I was pleased with.
