They took the time to understand our needs, helped us explore a wide range of options, and went above and beyond to support us with viewings and all the arrangements along the way.<br><br>Their dedication, responsiveness and genuine willingness to help made what can often be a stressful process so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>Harry, Irina and Charlotte, thank you for helping us find our home in London! 8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.
20th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently bought a house through Knight Frank and Camilla was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>She was always friendly, responsive and happy to help, from the initial viewings and negotiations right through to completion. There were a few complications along the way, but Camilla was great at keeping things moving, liaising with the sellers and solicitors and making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>Really appreciated her proactive approach and how easy she was to deal with throughout. A big thank you to Camilla for all her help, would highly recommend!

18th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)This is a personal review on a fantastic member of staff who has been looking after our home for almost a year.<br>Our estate agent Agit, has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. We have never had an estate agent, previously as a tenant or as a landlord now, that has been so organised, proactive and helpful! Every email is responded to punctually and he’s just on it, always. We couldn’t be happier with the service he is providing us. So this is a ?????????? review on him personally, as we are so incredibly thankful and feel extremely well looked after.<br>I didn’t know how else to give you recognition other than to post on here… but I hope this gets you internal recognition within Acorn, as you are a huge credit to the company.<br>Thanks again Agit!

13th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Moved into a property managed by them 2 days ago. Issues with the flat that were promised to be fixed by the time I moved in were not fixed. Broken windows, dirty flat overall and on top of that the shower doesn't work properly. They sent someone on the friday who did not fix the issue. They said that someone would contact me to arrange a visit on Saturday and it did not happen. Now it is a sunday and I can only hope that I can have a decent shower on Monday at least.<br>It looks like it will be a long tenancy....<br><br>Turns our they did send someone yesterday just didn't tell me the outcome until I contacted them today.<br>Making it even worse a whole pipe work will need to be done in the flat and I won't be able to shower in the meantime!<br>How would you let someone move into a flat that is not ready for basic needs??? This is inhumane. Might need to get citizens advice involved as Kier Hawkins ignores questions about compensations or solutions for the meantime. Appaling.<br><br>Update: going to the 6th day without a shower in the property I just moved into with no alternative offered in the meantime.

We chose Winkworth because they looked for the positives in our property rather than others that talked it down.<br><br>They were always available to address any concerns, and always backed our decisions. A great team, I would highly recommend them.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am extremely satisfied with the service we received from Greenfield, Tolworth. From the first contact with Sarah to the final call to advise that our sale was completed, I cannot fault the service from her and her team, especially Elliott. In the final few weeks when we were pushing to get the sale complete, Sarah even took time out of her holiday to ensure we reached our goal and deadline set. I'm always reluctant to say that someone has gone 'the extra mile', but I really feel Sarah went beyond my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenfield.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. Issues are resolved quickly and professionally and their communication is second to none.<br><br>I want to specifically call out the wonderful work of Francesca, who has looked after us for the last few years. We had a very complex situation this year with our buildings water supply and Francesca was empathetic, supportive and most importantly super effective at ensuring we were looked after as tenants during a very stressful time! We really valued the kindness.<br><br>I’d highly recommend renting through Benham and Reeves if you want to avoid the horrors of renting that we all hear about - this team does it the right way!

I do not think, words can describe how amazing the team were.<br><br>Throughout our home-buying process, Tom and Amelia were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.<br><br>A big massive shout out to Tom, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!<br><br>We were outbid as well, for our home. However, Tom worked his magic!<br><br>Gosh, we even managed to get a number of viewings before we exchanged contracts! This is was very reassuring for us.<br><br>I cannot thank enough how outstanding experience we had with Beresford, Harold Wood.<br><br>Highly recommend for first time buyers and even sellers. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
