16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

Throughout our tenancy, the team has always been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful, even in challenging situations. Any maintenance issues or questions have been dealt with promptly, and communication has consistently been clear and friendly.<br><br>Renting in London can often be stressful, but Stapleton has made the experience smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to find a letting agency that is so reliable and genuinely cares about its tenants. 2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much
