18th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
9th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Take extreme care when dealing with lettings in this office.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

17th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)My experience started off really well when I first moved in, and everything seemed smooth. Unfortunately, as time went on, several problems began to arise.<br><br>We had no Wi-Fi for almost two months, there was a rat infestation, and the air vent in the property never actually worked and seemed to be there purely for display. These issues made the experience increasingly frustrating.<br><br>When I eventually decided to move out, the staff helped with the process. Before paying for the final month, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back for the days I would not be living there, and I was told that I would. I moved out only two days after the rent was due, yet I was only refunded around half of what I had paid.<br><br>I have now been trying to resolve this for around four months. I have called the office regularly, sometimes around four times a week, but I repeatedly get told that “Charles isn’t in the office.” Unfortunately, this has become extremely frustrating because I still have not received a proper explanation or resolution.

This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

Communication was always excellent with Andrew. When we moved out, Panikos made sure we had a smooth transition and the deposit was returned to us immediately.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

Even though we did not end up selling with Beresford due to an offer from our previous agent, we are grateful for your professionalism and friendly advice.<br>Kimberley especially was a great help offering advice and patience when we needed it. We also viewed properties with them and never felt pressured. They always had answers to questions about the properties which was great.

I received an offer within three days of the property being marketed and Mohammed helped me through every step of the process, from arranging clearance and cleaning through to completion. Friendly and efficient he was he was always happy to advise and go out of his way to help in whatever way he could. I can't praise Your Move enough.
16th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
