She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
15th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Terrible experience buying through this estate agent. The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

20th May 2026 (27 days ago)The team at James Hayward sold our house in a record 6 weeks! Julian, Stirling and Dee were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was not too much trouble, even borrowing their ladder to clear the loft! Their verbal and email communication was spot on. I would definitely recommend using James Hayward.

Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 3rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
