16th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

The team has been professional, responsive, organised, and clear in their communication at every stage. It is refreshing to work with an agency that manages matters diligently while maintaining a fair and balanced approach between landlord and tenant interests. A special mention to Amy Tanzer, who has been particularly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout. Her clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process much smoother and more reassuring for us as tenants. John was absolutely brilliant from day one — always professional, approachable and quick to help whenever needed. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and the whole process felt fair and transparent. It really made a difference dealing with someone who is organised, respectful and actually cares about providing good customer service. Renting in London can often be stressful, but John made things much easier for us and we really appreciated all of his support during the tenancy and move-out process. 29th May 2026 (18 days ago)Jackie Bisset has been so helpful and understanding of our future home requirements and even though we did not progress with a particular property she understood our decision and will keep in touch for more suitable properties when they arise. She also showed genuine concern for us when we had an incident happen while we were on our way to a viewing resulting in us having to be recovered from the motorway. Her concerned phone calls were much appreciated.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

30th May 2026 (17 days ago)Mo was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer: - no seedy tactics, just good gentle soft sales technique. He answered our enquiries with urgency, even after completion. One enquiry was on a Sunday when we couldn't figure out what was going on with the central heating. He had no legal obligation to respond, simply a moral one. On one occasion I have been so impressed by the quality of estate agency as a buyer, I have decided to go with that agency when it came time to sell. This would be another one of those occasions. How one represents oneself really elevates both the personal and the corporate brand.

Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
