30th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

18th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

Achieved more than ithers valuations- 13th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.

We’ve had dealings with Brown and Brooke for over a decade now - first as landlords and then when we came to sell our property . They have been professional, prompt, friendly and really helpful. 11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.

31st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I selected Dexters as I had bought the flat from them 8 years ago in Charlton and was impressed by the service I received from Demie and Maria. However the staff has completely changed since and it feels like it’s run by not so experienced people. Lot of communication errors , not following up on time . Many times I got a feeling my flat was not the priority and weekly calls felt like “tick in the box” calls where it was clearly apparent the agent was multitasking raffling papers in background while having conversation. No single point of contact who is selling the flat, being passed around agent to agent. It was evident that the communication within the team wasn’t there which affected the sale . I would not recommend dexters .

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout, and always made me feel like I was in safe hands. They were responsive, professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible, anything that needed fixing it was done immediately. 1st Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Thank you team!- 15th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.
23rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
