They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.<br>Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.

They worked hard to make our sale and purchase happen and we have no hesitation in recommending them.- 21st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

I wanted the quickest turnaround possible as I saw a house I fell in love with and I wasn’t even on the market. Kevin followed up quickly and we were on within a matter of days, my flat sold within a week! His guidance throughout has been spot on from the pricing point, to the buyer, to the endless catch up calls, Kevin has been there. The photographers they use to market are wonderful as are the removals team they recommend - James removals. Kevin and Jackie have been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, giving reassurance and kindness throughout making this experience that much more enjoyable. 3rd Aug 2026 (11 days ago)A great experience with Truepennys and I would recommend them. John was really honest and helpful from the start. Their fees were the cheapest compared to other agents and they tried to get me the best price compared to other agents. They even read my meters for me after completion as I was away, and flagged a maintenance issue they discovered one time on viewings, offering to send someone to fix it. It went a bit quiet at one point and I had to call for updates but I would rather that than be hounded with phone calls. I felt in control of the experience and they listened and acted on my instruction. Both John and Wallace were great to work with - thanks Truepennys!

She kept us informed at every stage, chased solicitors and other parties in the chain when things stalled, and always made herself available to answer questions quickly. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout, and she genuinely felt like she was on our side rather than just closing a deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

20th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Booked a viewing to purchase a property. Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
