Lines of communication were clear and the team were always accessible. Maria in particular went out of her way, and did a stellar job to help push our transaction forward; especially, when dealing with a somewhat slow and non-communicative solicitor.

He has been a huge help in chasing and keeping track of things on both sides, and is always very responsive and proactive.<br><br>I was dreading going through all the stress of buying, but Paul and Beaumont Gibbs were able to make it a great experience throughout!

She was punctual, sent us reminders and also introduced the area where previously unfamiliar with East London.<br><br>As we made a journey down to London specifically for these viewings having the certainty of confirmed appointments and clear communication lines was excellent.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and her team to anyone else looking to view and secure property in East London.

Tried taking so much of our deposit, went to an adjudication and the adjudicator stated what i offered is more than reasonable and they were completely out of line trying to steal our hard working money. Make sure you always look at the evidence and take it to the TDS adjudication. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Complete liars. I’ve rented for almost 8 years in London and never faced problems, only with Kallars.

12th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Viewed a property in July and the agent not only couldn’t get in (had to spend 10 minutes waiting for the current tenant to wake up and let us in), but the property itself was filthy and not even the right property i’d booked in to see. His justification was that the one I’d booked was basically the same - I said this property has a carpeted kitchen, which I certainly would not have booked for as that was one thing I definitely didn’t want. Totally wasted my time - over an hour round trip…
