22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve once again had a wonderful experience with the team at Barnard Marcus West Kensignton. Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.
I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I strongly recommend Finlay Brewer, who handled the sale of my property flawlessly. They are definitely the experts in the area and were able to find two solid buyers quickly. They then followed the purchase through efficiently. Furthermore they are a nice team, who work well together and are readily available. I would definitely go back to Finlay Brewer again.
17th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Unlike other agents who just want a quick sale in an impersonal relationship this Winkworth franchise take care to build a connection and work hard for the seller. Faith and Florence are totally professional, empathetic, sensible agents who understand the market and the subjective needs of property owners. May their business flourish.
23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Alex was really helpful throughout our property search. He had great knowledge of the area and was always quick to respond to any questions.
29th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Astle was incredibly helpful with all the questions I had! He made the process smooth and less stressful.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sabirin was wonderful - really helpful and accommodating!- 1st Nov 2026 (5 days ago)We had a really positive experience with KFH. Rehmaan was very helpful and responsive and helped us find a lovely new home!
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)We worked with Lauren at Strutt & Parker and genuinely had a great experience! We viewed a handful of places with her, put offers on two, and had an offer accepted on one. The process was very quick by London standards - from offer to exchange was 2 months, and then we completed 1 month later. It was all very efficient and Lauren was fab at keeping us updated on WhatsApp. She also clearly had a good relationship with the sellers which helped. We were first time buyers and had heard some horror stories of the house buying experience but honestly everything was super smooth! We are really excited about our new home.
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Tom H was great! He helped me to get my dream house and made sure the whole process was smooth. Very helpful and efficient. Thank you Tom ??????
3rd Nov 2026 (3 days ago)Exceptional work! Worked with Agent Shiyane carpenter, she was amazing! So welcoming and lovely! ??
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Great service, we were helped with everything needed and supported on the way
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Great estate agent! Super communicative and supportive. Highly recommend
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lewin, Anna and the rest of the team did an outstanding job both on the sale of our property and the purchase of a new home. They were professional, attentive and supportive along the whole way. I am very thankful for their help and can only highly recommend them.
26th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I recently had a query with some service charge accounts which Jim Jenkins helped me with. I have to say, he was very helpful and professional.
14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)We had an excellent experience buying our house through this team. They managed what became a fairly volatile and challenging situation with real expertise, professionalism and empathy throughout.
From the outset, they took the time to properly understand the property, meaning they could answer our questions when showing us around and, when they didn’t immediately have an answer, worked hard to get one. They were knowledgeable, responsive and consistently strong communicators, while also doing a great job of articulating the value of the property without ever resorting to the traditional pushy, hard-sell approach.
What really stood out was the combination of professionalism and a genuine local touch. You can see why they have been in the business for such a long time. Experienced, thoughtful and hardworking, and a very different experience from the stereotypical estate agent.
3rd Nov 2026 (3 days ago)?????
I have dealt with many estate agencies while looking to buy a property, but this one has by far the worst customer service and communication.
I called to inquire about a listing, and after I answered all of the staff member’s questions—who sounded completely half-asleep—I was simply told that the person in charge wasn't there, with zero help provided.
It is deeply disappointing for sellers who trust this agency with their properties; they are truly wasting their time and money. The Shepherd’s Bush branch desperately needs friendly, energetic, and professional staff who actually care about delivering proper service.- 29th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Joshua has been incredibly helpful whilst we have been looking for a flat to rent. The rental market is a tad scary to navigate right now, and Joshua has always been so on it and proactive, as well as response and helped us find an amazing properly we can’t wait to move into! We are very grateful!
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Platon provided excellent service throughout. He was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with, and he gave clear, honest advice. The whole process felt smooth and well managed. I would highly recommend him as a reliable estate agent.- 5th Nov 2026 (1 day ago)We recently worked with Priyesh and Zarq to try and let out our property, and we couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication. The team were proactive, communicative, and transparent every step of the way. Highly recommend their services to any landlords looking for an honest and reliable letting team!

14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**
Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.
The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.
If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
5th Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great experience with James from Carter Jonas!
5th Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Sherone McLeod stood out for several reasons: she did not compromise on my core requirements, so all viewings felt like a good investment in time. Most of all she was so invested in my search and outcome of my offer, that the experience didn’t feel transactional she was genuinely rooting for me.
17th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Coraline was really helpful in our property search and I would definitely reach out to her if I was searching again- 29th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)An excellent and intelligent service was provided. In a difficult sales market, they discussed the options thoroughly, executed on the sales strategy and made sure the buyers were kept informed at all times. An excellent result was achieved.
8th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)I worked with Romy and a few others at this agency to rent my flat and had an amazing experience! They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well. Would definitely recommend working with the team here!
