23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

(1 Star)<br><br>This has been the worst letting agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy I experienced poor communication, delays in dealing with issues, and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, my deposit remained unresolved for several months, causing significant stress and financial hardship while I was trying to secure new accommodation.<br><br>A dispute was raised through TDS, and despite being given ample time to provide evidence, the matter had to proceed through the formal dispute process. The handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. Tenants should make sure they keep detailed records of all communications, photographs, and documents throughout their tenancy.<br><br>This review reflects my genuine experience as a tenant.

We would particularly like to thank Zara, Dale and Alex for making our transition from our previous letting agents to Romans straightforward and stress-free. Their support throughout the process was greatly appreciated.<br>We would also like to thank our property manager, Georgia Peters, for her excellent advice and support regarding our rental property. She is always friendly, approachable and professional, and is a real credit to Romans.<br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Romans to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property company. The interactions I have had with them so far, in particular Chloe at the West Drayton office has been excellent. Always prompt, courteous and pleasant. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.- 26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We are extremely happy with the service Coopers Ickenham office (and in particular Russell Jones) provided in our recent house sale. Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I was really impressed when Jake came round mid afternoon, carried out the valuation & then he actually returned a few hours later to drop the valuation off to me in person. When I decided to sell the house in March 2026 I had no hesitation in going with Jake as my sole Estate Agent. Once again I was not disappointed as my house sold in a matter of a few weeks. I was really Impressed with Jake’s cool, calm & collected manner and he is very professional & does exactly what he says he is going to do.
