4th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have rented with several agencies in London but Oliver Brooks (now operating as Kenneth Lloyd’s) was by far the worst experience. Once the agreement was signed the agency stopped caring about the condition of the property. Imran the owner was so rude, had an attitude problem and spoke to tenants with complete disrespect. Despite repeated emails, serious maintenance issues were ignored- the kitchen exhaust never worked and I was told it was “not life-threatening” and to open a window lol. There was no cleaner, common areas were poorly maintained, the WiFi never worked properly, the fridge was broken, and bathroom windows would not close. Living there for a year was extremely stressful and moving is not easy or cheap for tenants who work hard for their money unlike Imran . I strongly recommend anyone considering this agency to read the reviews carefully before renting.

19th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Never seem to know what they are doing. Phoned up chasing my deposit back to be told by a girl I don’t have one! Everyone on the phone seems confused apart from 1 man. Eventually my deposit was in my bank but they never called me to tell me. Very unprofessional. Glad I’m not with them anymore.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. 30th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)When we called to enquire about a property the guy just hung up in the middle of conversation. Clearly these shows how unskilled uneducated mannerless these people are. Just lacks basic decency not to mention there was no sign of professionalism. Also they have lied about availability of other properties when called earlier. Avoid them like a plague.

A special mention to Agent Ganesh, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful at every step. He explained everything clearly, arranged viewings promptly, and ensured the handover went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

27th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
