23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.

30th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!
24th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.
21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!
14th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Throughout my 2.5 year tenancy I was so glad to have Dawn and Gabriella as property manager. Their responsiveness and professionalism were really great. They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!

1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

20th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)After my experience with the estate agents at Drivers and Norris, I'm currently settling into my new flat comfortably and reassured by the quality and professional experience I was provided with on the journey to get here! It was tough finding a good flat in the area near the best amenities with a good price, but after the hard work provided to me by the estate agents, in particular Demmy, I found the perfect property I was looking for! A 10/10 service, I couldn't ask for more, and I'll be sure to keep Drivers and Norris in mind for the future if need be!
