There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

10th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues.<br>I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them

21st May 2021 (5 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
13th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an uninhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>They eventually made me cancel the council complaint too, by creating a condition that they will not let the property further until it was cancelled, thus costing me even more money than i already lost (mentioned above).<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.

24th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Selling through Tatlers East Finchley was a good choice. The office, with Manager Stephen and Fari, was professional, focused and proactive. Stephen and Fari both knew the property intimately and were both very knowledgeable insightful and helpful. The whole process could not have been smoother.
