He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

Incredibly supportive, consistently responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free with their professionalism and personal touch. It’s rare to find a team this reliable — I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!

25th Dec 2025 (5 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage.
