4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.
2nd Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

Anytime we had a problem with the flat someone came almost immediately for a first assessment and sent a contractor on the same day. Dorian and his team were always very responsive for any question or issue we had.
11th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Mylako have dealt with my concerns and challenges to do with the management of my flat and the building in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

They obtained a good price for the sale our property and arranged a large number of high-quality viewings that resulted in sale in a relatively short period of time. Where Callum and his team really delivered was after the sale had been agreed – making sure that nothing derailed the process before exchange. This is where the real value of an estate agent shows – and they were terrific. All estate agents are not the same – and Marsh & Parsons, Queens Park proves it.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. It was quite hard to arrange a viewing with the sellers but I really felt like Vito really looking out for me throughout the whole process and wanted the best for me as a person, not just for the sale. This didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for this.
