5th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.
28th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. I would like to especially thank Zac and Georgia, very professional and efficient. Will use Pearson again.

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

Also, I went for this family run agent’s, so communication at each stage was more efficient and this proved to be the case with Laura and Joanne once Mark had completed his role in the process.

20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.

If they weren’t sure, they’d check on my questions first me and come back with an answer. I asked if some furniture could be removed and they were able to do it before I even moved in. They seriously have been some of the most helpful people and are incredibly understanding! I’d give them additional stars if I could, I really appreciate everything that they’ve done to make this move so easy and living here as comfortable as possible xxx
