6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)All the agents kept us updated as to the feedback from viewers and eventually when we had an offer on the house unfortunately it took a long time to complete but that was the fault of the solicitors. I cannot fault the Estate Agents
25th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Have used Ascend for 4 years to manage my flat in Liverpool. During the pandemic they found poor tenants with minimal vetting, carried out no inspections (even after restrictions were lifted). After I made my own inspection I had to alert them to the problems they were missing. When the tenant left my place in an aweful state, their own agent admitted this was terrible. Finally, I received demands from debt collectors for unpaid council tax bills from a void period that the agent never passedon to me. Ascend claim they never received the 3 reminders from the council and refused to take any liability for their mismanagement. I lost £600 in fees and a significant knock to my own credit rating. A large agency that likes to charge management fees but doesn't actually manage. Stay clear - I'm sure there are better options out there!
20th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Can honestly say in all my years of renting, Arlanda Properties have been the best. Always professional, always respond, deal with any issues pretty much straight away and great value for quality properties. Would highly recommend.

9th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Marian provided an outstanding and what I would say, an unbelievable service. Availability was clear, expectations were managed, fees agreed, support provided where necessary and options available for me, the customer, to decide. The main point to make about Marian and Murphy Waldron Estates, is there was open and direct communication. At no point did I think I was being "sold" a service. I was offered a service with complete transparency, no pressure, no promises, just a clear set of communication and completely honest. My faith in Estate Agents has been restored and I wouldn't blink at deciding to use Murphy Waldron if I needed an estate agent again. I cannot stress how impressed I was and would whole heartedly recommend Marian and Murphy Waldron Estates.

From the outset, the team were knowledgeable, communicative, and realistic in their guidance.<br><br>A particular mention must go to Andrew Cuckill, who was genuinely outstanding throughout. Andrew handled every stage with complete professionalism keeping me informed, managing expectations, and ensuring I felt confident at every step of what can be a daunting process. His expertise in the auction process was evident and his personal approach made a real difference.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Aubrey Lee to anyone considering selling at auction. First-class service from start to finish.

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

26th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

27th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.
