16th May 2026 (8 days ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

Any time I’ve needed assistance or repairs, everything has been handled promptly, with contractors arranged quickly and without any unnecessary delays. It gives real peace of mind knowing you’re supported by a team that genuinely cares and takes action. A special thank you to Charlotte and Adam, who I deal with most often — they are always helpful, approachable, and on top of everything. Their level of service truly makes a difference. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

15th May 2026 (9 days ago)Update - day 15 and still nothing. I’ve now been waiting 14 days for Martin and Co to upload information onto a system so I can sell my property. I’ve been waiting over two months for the information and Martin & Co took over management of my property on 1st May. I was told on 1st May they were hopeful it would be done that afternoon. I was told on the 8th May there was just a couple of more things to upload. I was then told on the 12th May that actually that was not their responsibility and they were waiting for someone else to do it. It’s now the 14th May and still nothing. The chain I’m in has stalled for two months waiting on this information. It’s beyond incompetence. Do not touch Martin & Co with a barge pole. Avoid at all costs. The stress of them isn’t worth it!

19th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.

For our sale the listing was professional and we were given the opportunity to ensure what we loved about the house was reflected in the description. Harrison’s were proactive and readily available to lead viewings. The purchase of our new house was complicated for a number of reasons, and this is where having Lynne and team working with all parties really made the difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble and a solution was found for every issue. Not only is this a great estate agency, the Harrison’s team are lovely people too.
