17th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)My brother (who has a rental flat in SE3 managed by B&B) suggested that I spoke with Cameron Muncie regarding a rental increase matter. I found Cameron to be courteous, responsive, informed and generous with his time. I am still navigating the process and attempting to find 'middle ground' with the tenant, with some still unknown factors regarding the new legislation come 1 May 2026; with Cameron's ongoing advice, I feel that I am now in a stronger position than before. Highly recommended!

Very attentive, professional, helpful, speedy, and always made sure everything was taken care of. 19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Amazing, kind and warm, stayed on top of all the maintenance issues during the tenancy and released my full security deposit in no time after the tenancy (even after some minor wear and tear in the walls due to hanging pictures and having the bed frame hanging against the wall) I'm very appreciated!!

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
