From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

They have been incredibly helpful, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process, which made everything feel so much less stressful. He has been so approachable, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns we’ve had. His support and professionalism really made a difference, and we truly felt looked after. Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered for long periods, and when responses do come, they often fail to address the actual questions raised. There appears to be a pattern of deflecting responsibility rather than resolving issues, alongside a lack of accountability and follow-through. The overall experience has felt disorganised and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

I heard a lot of talks that, in general, service in property agencies in the UK is poor, but these guys proved themselves as wonderful, caring professionals. All recommendations

They have always been available to talk to and they have also helped me resolve issues in my flat by arranging for engineers on my behalf. Would definitely recommend them as agents as they are trustworthy, very good with the management of the property and transparent with fees and services.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable. And what can I say, no regrets at all. Organised the photographer and estimation and was on Rightmove within 72 hours of asking. Jed and Phil, great agents to work with. Let's be real buying and selling a house is never straightforward BUT they kept my wife and I calm throughout the process and explained things we didn't know and just made things happen. Couldn't recommend them enough.

They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly.
