She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

We initially spoke with several agencies and spent around six months looking before making a decision. Ali was the only one who never gave up. He consistently arranged viewings, kept us fully updated on new properties coming to market, and stayed patient despite all our changing requirements. In the end, he found exactly what we were looking for. His experience really shows, and we felt completely confident that we would secure the right property through him. If you’re looking in Finchley Central, he’s definitely the agent to go to.

25th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I have recently let my flat out in North London with Hamptons and the process has been seamless thanks to Haiden Roeger - Senior Head of Lettings. She is exceptional at her job. Haiden's communication skills on all levels are outstanding and the professional yet friendly approach with which she operates is outstanding. Haiden takes the time to understand her clients' needs and delivers on this. She easily builds trust which made me feel fully supported throughout the entire process. Haiden has exceeded my high expectations and couldn't have impressed me more with the level of service and expertise she offers. If you are looking to let your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Haiden at Hamptons.

After touring many properties in London and dealing with pushy or unscrupulous agents, Daniel was a relief to deal with. We toured a fantastic property with him, and not once did we feel pressured or tricked. He was honest about issues and open to working with us and the seller to reach agreement. After offer, he made himself available for guidance on the process and ensured that things went smoothly. Highly recommend working with TK!
14th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I am the Director of a block of residential flats and Hamilton Chase has managed our block for 8 years. We receive an excellent service and as a family-run business, they bring a personal, ethical and professional approach to everything they do. I mainly deal with Sue and Jaden who are both extremely professional, approachable and efficient, but the whole team is helpful, responsive and easily contactable. The management of our block from major projects to gardening and cleaning is seamless and they certainly make my life as Director easier! Highly recommended and thank you Hamilton Chase!
23rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)On a good note, the office staff are very helpful and were quick to help and had good communication. On the other hand, had a viewing today at a property and honestly I’ve never had such an experience with a housing agent. I’m still confused to be honest. 1. Attended the property and the agent didn’t even greet or clarify who I was. The first thing she said to me was “You can’t park there please use the parking at the display over there as there’s traffic wardens”. Fair enough and appreciative, once I parked and met up with the estate agent she didn’t introduce herself and she didn’t clarify who I was so I could’ve been a stranger. Basic customer service couldn’t even be met. 2. A viewing has been booked in for a property that is getting work done to it, again… confused. I travelled over an hour to a property that was being painted when I was there so I couldn’t even see the property properly due to all the works going on. (Staff were lovely that were working so not a remark against them but I would hope if you’re going to visit a potential home you would be informed if there’s work going on so you can decide whether it’s worth the trip or not. 3. I’ve been to viewings before and this was honestly the worst experience. I felt uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of my interaction. There was no follow up, no questions just bye and that’s it. The whole viewing was just awkward if that’s the best way to describe it. Thanks to the reception staff that helped me out prior to my viewing and for their kindness and support in answering questions I had previously.

From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Overall, we felt well supported and looked after, and we would happily recommend Martyn Gerard to anyone looking to buy a home. A smooth, transparent, and reassuring experience all round.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

21st Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We recently purchased our first home through this agency, with our agent being Ben and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing—particularly on the day of key collection. As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment. We had to chase in the time, and had no clarity on what the day would look like. We were sitting around half the day waiting for updates. There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions. We had to chase on time, we were waiting around not knowing what to even do. We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day. Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.

Transparency was lacking, and decisions didn’t always seem to prioritise landlords best interests. I would advise landlords to proceed with caution.
