15th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally
23rd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

18th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)This review specifically concerns Rubel at Benham & Reeves, and the way he handled our tenancy. Our experience with Rubel suggests a troubling pattern: everything appears smooth until you raise legitimate concerns. The moment issues are pointed out, whether about maintenance, communication, or property readiness, his tone shifted noticeably. Tenants who ask reasonable questions or expect basic standards should not feel that doing so will negatively affect how they are represented by Rubel to landlords or other parties. Professional agents separate personal frustration from factual representation. In our experience, Rubel did not consistently demonstrate that separation. If a tenant raises concerns about management standards, that should not result in them being portrayed unfavourably. We would strongly advise landlords to carefully review how Rubel is managing their properties and how tenant relationships are being communicated on their behalf. This is not a reflection on every individual at Benham & Reeves, but it is a serious concern regarding Rubel’s professionalism and approach.

They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

On both occasions both the letting team and selling team were very good keeping us informed and giving advice when asked for and advising on things we were not aware of. Would thoroughly recommend Murray’s for both selling and as a rental agency.

17th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.

12th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

Right from the start she has been so incredibly helpful and friendly, moving is always stressful but everything has been done quickly and efficiently which made me stress a lot less.
