Right from the start of the tenancy to the return of our deposit, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Miriam and the team were always very quick to resolve any issues and did so with genuine kindness and care. The contractors they hired were always friendly and professional too. Highly recommended - thank you so much!

I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

Thank you so much Windsor & Lucy too!- 11th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

23rd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

I definitely recommend!! Thank you one to one it was a pleasure I would be sure to be back one day

24th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I warmly recommend Philip and his amazing team. We sold our home, rented and then finally bought a new home in the space of a year all through Philip Wooller. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

On both occasions both the letting team and selling team were very good keeping us informed and giving advice when asked for and advising on things we were not aware of. Would thoroughly recommend Murray’s for both selling and as a rental agency.
9th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)After trying to sell my late mother in law’s home, unsuccessfully with three different local estate agents over a three year period, a friend of mine recommended Brett Property (as he had sold three properties with them) and gave me Alex’s contact details. It all moved pretty fast from there with a valuation, agreed terms and an offer from a buyer even before the for sale sign went up! We accepted and an exchange date was set for January this year. However, at the 11th hour the buyer pulled out, and we were really disappointed, but then Brett Property seemed to pull out all the stops and within a week we had a new offer from a property developer contact of Alex’s. In just over a month from that point, the house is now sold. Given our totally positive experience, we would wholeheartedly recommend Brett Property to any local seller and advise caution going with some of the longer established agents that are simply not proactive enough in selling properties or newer ones that seem to just rely on online enquiries through Rightmove and the like. Thank you Brett Property, and a special thanks to Alysha and Alex.
6th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had very bed experience. They are not help . If we can call them . They give very rude answers If are asking about the property what u r buying they not allowed to see . Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property
7th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!

Right from the start she has been so incredibly helpful and friendly, moving is always stressful but everything has been done quickly and efficiently which made me stress a lot less. She kept me in the loop with everything every step of the way. I don’t think i have ever been so calm during a move! Couldn’t recommend her high enough, Thanks Kate!

19th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)It was our first time renting in London, and we are grateful that Heywoods was our agent. Going into the process, we had very little understanding of how renting works here, which could have been quite overwhelming but Colin made the entire experience feel seamless. I can’t thank him enough for his constant support, quick communication, and the patience with which he answered our many (often basic!) questions as first-time renters. He went above and beyond what we expected, not just helping us secure the property, but also guiding us through the finer details that aren’t always obvious. It truly felt like he had our best interests in mind throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would highly recommend Heywoods (especially Colin) to anyone navigating the rental market for the first time.
31st Mar 2026 (5 days ago)The worst agency. I had a flat with thia agency for 5 years. Whenever i had problems with property, they will never reply on emails if you dont send it multiple times, or call them. Even when they reply, it is very difficult for a solution from them. Some times I had to take a private contractor to do some urgent work with boiler or electricity. And when you ask for a refund for the amount you paid, they will try to charge you for that, so be careful and avoid them. Also make sure you make plenty of photos and videos when you move in the property, because when you leave they will try to keep your deposit. They will charge for things you woudn't imagine. I was lucky and smart i had proof when I moved in and out, otherwise my deposit would be gone. Try to avoid renting from them, and in case you do, make sure to have proof for everything, or they will try to act smart and steal your money. Rated 1 star only because i can't rate them lower.

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and supportive, making the entire property purchase process smooth and genuinely pleasant; something that is quite rare in this industry. I would highly recommend Astons to anyone looking to buy a property, and if I have the opportunity in the future, I would not hesitate to work with them again. Thank you Antony! Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
