Deborah and the entire team were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever anything came up. It makes a world of difference dealing with people who treat you with respect and handle matters promptly and professionally. I’m grateful for the way everything was managed from start to finish. Highly recommend Priory to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run agency.
16th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Me and my girlfriend have been renting via Hyde Park Agencies for the last 3 years, and can only say good things about them. Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

1st Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Could't fault Druce, their strategy worked and they managed to secure above asking. I was with another agency prior to Druce and noticed a clear step change in terms of viewings, communication and action. Would thoroughly recommend this agents.

19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

29th Sep 2025 (23 weeks ago)Recently brought a property through Charringtons and I genuinely found them to be very polite, professional, honest and informative throughout the process. I speak as someone with above average knowledge of the industry and they provided exactly what I requested or were transparent when it wasn't possible along with reasoning and proposed work around. I would also say that they got the balance right between advocating for myself as the buyer, the seller and getting the sale over the line with expediency. There were multiple issues with this exchange that needed ironing out and they were able to effectively liaise between the buyer and seller to attain progress and at no extra cost to the seller via paying for another seller's pack. They were also able to assist with myself getting the keys to the garage before exchange completion which was a bit of a life saver as we were getting turfed out of our current property the week before. They were also able provide updates more promptly than our solicitors, particularly at the end as we were waiting for tenants occupying the property to vacate, which I believe they were managing also and assisted in finding them another property. I would also add that we settled on a price below the (high) asking price but still reasonable for the seller IMO (I feel I could have low balled in the current market if I was able to be sufficiently patient, so what we settled in I'd say is slightly above the market price). So a special thank you to Michael & Co at Charringtons and I would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling/letting/renting. Plus it helps that they are all good/friendly people too.

15th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I have known this agent for about 15 years. Very reliable, great management service. All staff works hard to ensure all tenants are looked after, especially Paul. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.
