Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.
3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

In terms of speed and making the paperwork straightforward for tenants, she was faster than any other agent we dealt with in 15 years of renting in London. She showed us properties that matched our needs, was always on time, called back when she said she would, and once the landlord agreed to our offer, she had everything organised within a day. 5 stars for speed and efficiency.
24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Horrible experience with this office. They sent an electrician (First Place Electrical Services Ltd) to check electricity (when we were out of country) at end tenancy. Electrician left heating/boiler on and we were away that entire month (December) so incurred a huge bill (we sent proof of usage when electrician went in flat vs normal usage, and tickets that we were out of country). Hamptons and the electrician ignored us; completely unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting to authorities and Ombudsman. A shame as the service from Federica from this office to find another tenancy was excellent (and was checking in on this matter). Rest of the office had a "dont care / you cannot do anything about it" approach on our matter.

She will always voluntarily put in the extra effort in explaining matters via e-mail and phone calls and I would thoroughly recommend her and the team and her branch in managing tenanted properties.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Gibson in particular was an extremely good communicator and kept us fully up to date when required throughout the process. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.
