29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot recommend Amy Claiborne-Dixon highly enough. What impressed me most was her persistence, communication and genuine ownership of the transaction. Amy never adopted a "wait and see" approach. She was constantly following up with solicitors, management companies, buyers and all parties involved to ensure momentum was maintained and that nothing slipped through the cracks. There were numerous occasions where Amy proactively chased outstanding enquiries, sought alternative routes to obtain information, and kept all parties updated when communication elsewhere was limited. At several key points in the transaction, she was often the person providing the clearest updates and helping move matters forward. Beyond her professionalism, Amy brought a human element to the process. She was approachable, responsive, calm under pressure and always willing to go the extra mile. Amy is a credit to KFH and an excellent example of what great estate agency looks like. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property and I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work, support and persistence throughout my sale. Thank you, Amy.

Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

From start to finish, the communication was exceptional, with incredibly quick responses to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. A special mention must go to Fi and Michelle, who were both incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive every step of the way. Their excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I was always kept informed and felt confident that my sale was in safe hands. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, everything progressed efficiently and with minimal hassle. I would highly recommend The Address Beckenham to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A fantastic team that genuinely cares about delivering great service.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with Foxtons Hackney. I was told a studio was available and proceeded in good faith. I spent significant time completing the application form, providing information, arranging references and sending the documents in multiple formats because the PDF was difficult to complete properly. After going through all of this, I was then told that the current tenant was extending until the end of June. This was not communicated to me before I spent time on the application process. I had also turned down another studio because I believed this property was genuinely available and moving forward. The communication was poor, the process wasted my time, and it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing search. I would not use Foxtons again based on this experience.
16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service I received from Connells during my recent tenancy process. I have dealt with other staff members at Connells before and never had issues, but my experience with Ashley Thompson-Boyle was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and misinformation throughout the process. Communication throughout the entire process was very poor. I constantly had to chase for updates myself. I was also told that on the key collection day all I needed to do was sign paperwork, pay, and collect the keys. However, when I arrived on the moving day with van rentals and arrangements already booked, I was suddenly informed that the contract was not ready because the deposit process had not been completed through the zero deposit company, something that had never been clearly communicated beforehand. This delayed my move-in by a full day and caused unnecessary stress and additional costs. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when these issues were raised. This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever written a complaint or negative review about an employee or agency, but the overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected from a well-known letting agency like Connells.

4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
