She was really patient with us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and suggested some additional local properties alongside our preferred one. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, and everything after agreeing the property was efficient.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Seymour’s Prestige - Tia in particular was amazing.

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

The photographs, 3D tour and write up were great they secured us an offer in a quick time frame. Such a friendly and positive team to communicate with. They were easily contactable and quick to get back to us if we missed each other. Sarah was amazing throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much trouble and she was super quick in resolving and chasing things for us. This is the 3rd time I have used them, for very good reason, they are excellent at what they do: We were made to feel confident and comfortable throughout the sale.<br>Once the brochure had been published (on every major online platform,) they arranged many viewings, always keeping us up to date with viewer feedback and providing useful advice along the way.<br>After we had accepted an offer, (we had several,) we were regularly kept up to date with sale progression, the staff being particularly good at solicitor liaison, making sure all the parties involved in the chain were kept informed of the various complexities as they arose. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.<br>Really happy with the service and I thoroughly recommend using Christopher Hodgson if you are selling in the Whitstable/Tankerton area.
