It was not an easy sale and it was a struggle to find a buyer with an acceptable offer, but they were patient throughout. The whole team were very helpful, especially Louise. She was not only helpful, she was supportive and kind and understanding. I would highly recommend their service. Fees are also very reasonable.

They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. Their professionalism, efficiency and understanding were outstanding, and we are extremely grateful for everything they did. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
23rd Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.- 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)My mum and myself would like to thanks Connells for all their help with our recent house sale. He successfully found us a buyer 4 days later so that we were able to secure a property we had seen. We are now in the capable hands of Kevin & the Solicitor they recommended & feel happy to go away for 3 weeks while it all proceeds. Many thanks for your guidance Ollie

Despite the difficult market conditions for sellers right now, Lauren has an absolute knack for selling properties quickly and even off-market, for a great price, before other agents would have even got going. As someone that has worked in the property industry for 20 years, I have been shocked at how quickly she sold our property, as well as the great sale price she achieved, for not only us but also one of our neighbours in a seperate sale. I really didn't think traditional high street agencies could or would be so creative and work to such a high level but Lauren clearly brings skills that she has acquired from other industries and uses them to full effect when placing buyers with properties. The result... she knocks socks off. And Despite being a killer saleswoman, you wouldn't know it from speaking with her, she's super nice, quick to build trust and confidence and doesn't cut corners later with the after sales/sales progression like a lot of top sellers often do. I've already told her, not only would we use her again on any property matters, regardless of what agency she represented at the time, but I would even employ her in our agency in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks again Lauren, you're a superstar.

She took the time to understand our requirements, kept us updated, and was always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Although we ultimately decided to proceed with another agency, that decision was based on our specific circumstances and not a reflection of the excellent service Ruby provided. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and customer-focused approach really stood out, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.
