13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

Right from the initial valuation through to completion, the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Zoe, who led on the sale of our property, went above and beyond to market the property effectively and kept us updated after every single viewing. Selling a house can be stressful, but Zoe's excellent communication and proactive approach with the solicitors made the whole process as seamless as possible. A fantastic service from a great team.

From day dot you were amazing you helped throughout the horrific journey we had with our first time buying a property. You made everything so smooth and helped when you really didn’t have to but that help meant so much to us! We wish we went with Brown and Merry for our purchase but unfortunately the house we wanted was through another agent but I could tell you for sure we would of never had the experience we did from the other agent if we went with Brown and Merry as everyone there at the Leighton branch is just wonderful. But Luke especially who was our broker went over and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Luke we hope you see this and realise how much you helped and supported us. If anyone is ever thinking of choosing Luke this is your reason why. Luke thank you for being you and being so amazing at what you do. Thanks again Will & Bex

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We recently sold our house through Romans. We had been interested in selling for several years, and Daniel had been incredibly patient in waiting for us to finally be ready! Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and offered many suggestions for how to get the house ready for sale, what to price it at and why etc. We felt listened to and really trusted the advice given. Once on the market, Robbie and Amy were excellent at finding out all they could about the house before doing viewings for us. I really liked that only Robbie and Amy did viewings for us, having viewed many houses through other agents where the people showing us around obviously didn't know the house well at all. The team offered timely feedback and were sympathetic to working around our busy schedules. Once sold, Robbie kept us updated and informed along the whole (at times stressful through no fault of Romans) process. We have been speaking to him more than family members over the last few months, and he is always lovely to chat to! We never want to move again (!), but would highly highly recommend Romans' sales team to those that do. Thanks Daniel, Robbie and Amy!

We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly.
