10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great service and customer support offered by David Doyle and their team to facilitate the sale of our property.<br><br>Property has been on the market for a couple of months because of the buyer's market. Their competition took advantage of this and convinced us to advertise the property with other estate agents in the same time with David Doyle.<br>Although we were under the impression that house views were slow with David Doyle we were in disbelief when none of the other main competitors (won't give names but you can google them) have not been able to provide even one house view in over 8 weeks.<br><br>If you have a property to sale in Hemel, David Doyle is your best option!- 20th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Absolutely excellent service from Fahim Saleh throughout the entire letting process.<br><br>Fahim was extremely professional, helpful and responsive from the beginning. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly and make sure the process went smoothly.<br><br>What really stood out was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile whenever we needed assistance. His communication and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful moving process much easier.<br><br>I would highly recommend Fahim to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent. 25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

They were very good at arranging viewings for when they were convenient for us. They called us to change the marketing strategies when the house hadn't initially sold so we felt they knew what they were talking about to sell our house.

19th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)My friend and i moved in and moved out of our flat within 3 weeks due to a bed bug and rodent infestation, i would’ve thought that agencies carry out inspections of some sort but clearly not. Not only that but the property wasn't even cleaned and requests that had been ‘done’ were in fact not, landlord and agency couldn't have cared less about providing a maintenance check AT ALLLL to make sure things were in order for our move in, unbelievably disappointing. Once i got in touch with the agency most things were “out of their hands” ?????? 10/10 service truly
