Nerea Rodríguez was especially helpful in the search phase and played an important role in helping us find the right property. The team stayed engaged throughout the process and supported us during the purchase. Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.
2nd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I reached out to Knight Frank in the summer for the sale of my property in Chelsea. Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

11th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

She was always supportive whenever we needed assistance and was by far the easiest person to reach. Her responses were consistently quick, which made everything so much smoother and less stressful. Louise was also very diligent in attending to all of our requests, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that issues were handled efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager.

17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Valuation agent clearly knew his market as he priced the house higher than two others and was correct. Had figures to back up his pricing, which was reassuring. Follow up post sale/pre-completion was good, as were communications. Would certainly use again.
