4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. She is one of the best agents I have worked with! Additionally she has put me in touch with the surveyors which were really helpful in our buying process.

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.- 2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)There were problems with my buying the flat - but none caused by R&J and Angharad was both lovely and good at keeping me informed.

Chloe who showed us the property was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and ensued confidence in the transaction process! Kerry and Debbie have been outstanding throughout, especially through those tricky transaction period and a tight exchange and completion deadline! Thank you to the whole team!!

Even though we didn’t end up getting the property, we’re still very grateful for how kind and supportive she was to us throughout. Thank you for making the viewing experience such a positive one!

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)We really recommend Bradley from Hunters. His professionalism was completely unmatched. From start to finish, he was personable, attentive, and absolutely brilliant. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house in Forest Hill, and honestly, we wouldn’t have managed to get everything over the line so smoothly without him. What really stood out was Bradley’s ability to sell the vision of our home. We were selling a large five-bedroom house that was quite complex and needed a lot of work, so it took someone very skilled to help potential buyers see its potential. Bradley was fantastic during every viewing. He really took the time to understand our vision for the house and communicate that to buyers in such a genuine and effective way. Before choosing Hunters, we spoke with two other estate agents that were nowhere near the level of service Bradley provided. The difference was incredible. Another thing we really appreciated was Bradley’s dedication throughout the process. He always arrived well before potential buyers to prepare for viewings, and afterwards he stayed to give detailed feedback to me and my fiancé, which honestly felt unheard of compared to our previous experiences. He always removed his shoes too without asking, and was great with our dog and cats. We are so grateful to Bradley because without him, we truly don’t believe we would have sold the house as quickly or as smoothly as we did. We couldn’t recommend Bradley and Hunters highly enough.

14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

We had the sale up with another agent for 6 months within 2 weeks with Marsh Parsons 3 offers and it completed last week. Whenever we called they listened and acted swiftly but they helped in anyway they could. Phil and I do not have enough words to put down on this team focus,service and most of all listening Well Done Team Joy and Phillip

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Great estate agents that got us our rental, they were really quick in replying and in getting everything to us. There were some roadblocks due to sickness but both Ruby and Siobhan went above and beyond to get everything sorted for our move in date!
