9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.

He is incredibly professional, thoughtful and considerate, and genuinely takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for.<br><br>He was very patient, attentive to detail and always happy to explain everything clearly. All the properties he recommended were lovely and carefully selected, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Joseph is genuinely one of the most helpful and considerate estate agents I’ve come across. From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

Their local market knowledge is invaluable, their speed and agility in onboarding properties and sourcing Tennants is outstanding, the vendors they partner with, eg photos, are first class. The whole process is seamless, they are responsive and we felt completely at ease in their care from start to finish. Could not recommend Hamptons more highly, they offer above and beyond the high street agency at every turn.

Their highly engaging, personable approach makes any contact with them a pleasure, and speaking to tenants they have approved it's clear this works on both sides of the contract. They are always prepared to go the extra distance to be sure of a result satisfactory to all. Olga and the whole team are highly professional and at the same time prepared to take a close personal interest in all our dealings.

There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people.
