Problems were dealt with professionally and in a supportive and timely manner, and communications were clear and prompt. Neal Aldridge and Stephanie Hazley receive special mention for their knowledge and expertise.

14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

The very kindly contacted the person in question, who in turn contacted me back. They didn't need to help, but they did so and I'm very grateful for that.

I was very impressed by Maxines in depth knowledge of the area and her pricing turned out to be spot on as I had a good offer immediately after the house went on the market! The team were very efficient and reassuring during what turned out to be a surprisingly smooth process and I would particularly mention Dianne who was very easy and helpful to deal with. Highly recommended.

15th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth.
