As others have noted, the quality of the offering from Harvey & Wheeler is leagues above that of the large high street firms, with the added bonus of in-depth local expertise. Highly recommended!

Gill and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and how proactive they were in getting all the little things sorted before we moved in. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their clients. We’re now looking forward to enjoying Chiswick to the fullest in our new home. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
14th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
1st May 2026 (24 days ago)Bola the director has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from an estate agent. Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

The whole team, with a particularly HUGE shoutout to Amy and Lee, are brilliant! Always quick to offer advice and assistance with anything we needed. Having worked with our fair share of different agents over the years, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and we cannot recommend them enough!

11th Dec 2025 (24 weeks ago)Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

23rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
