She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call

There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend Henry Wiltshire to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

Having previously been with a large, well?known high?street estate agent, I had felt like just a number — pressured, rushed, and as though my property was a nuisance when it didn’t sell quickly. The difference when I moved to Petras was immediate, and such a relief.Susie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and the time she takes. Her approach is personal, thoughtful and reassuring — exactly what you need when selling a home, which is inherently stressful. You never feel like part of a big machine.I would highly recommend Petras Property to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and care.
