9th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.

7th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
19th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)OK, let's face it, estate agents have a reputation that can make insurance salesmen and second hand car dealers look good. Murray Lee is the exception to the rule - as others have put it here, he is the best of the best! Fourteen years ago we walked into his office and described what we were looking for and he said unfortunately it was a needle in a haystack... the next day he called us to say he had found a needle, and he was right; it turned out to be the perfect place! Murray made a complicated sale run smoothly, keeping lines of communication open and helping everyone through the process. So when we came to put our home on the market all these years later, there was only one person to call - Murray! He said the market was slow and it would be tricky to sell... and then put together an amazing sales pack and got a load of people though the door as soon as we were on the market, resulting in an offer accepted in less than a week. Our sale went though several ups and downs and he was the one that kept it all on track. All those years of experience make him a force to reckon with! Murray knows the market, he knows the area and most importantly, he knows people (in fact, in the Golders Green area it seems like he knows everyone). He goes way beyond just introducing buyers to sellers, he knows how stressful and heart wrenching moving house can be, and he goes the extra mile to make things work for everyone, Yes, the company name is right, Dreamview makes dreams come true... I hope never to move again, but if I did I'd be straight on the phone to this man. Can't recommend him highly enough... and it's not often in life you can say that! Thanks Murray!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

The team were very patient with us, as we were in the market longer than usual, which we really appreciated. Hani, the owner, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. We would highly recommend Coombe Residential to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. James & Chantal

Frank offered what seemed like sound advice so we took it. We sold quickly for a price several thousand pounds above the recommended price of several other agents. we used Franks recommended conveyancer’s, who were very good, and together they drove the sale forward for us. I would recommend & use again both again. Thank you Te Koop!
