Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

I cannot fault their communication and responsiveness, they also went above and beyond and helped with any questions I had and advice I needed regarding our sale which wasn't even through Richard State. Andrew was lovely in our viewing, gave us great information and answered any questions we had promptly. There was no negative pressure and they helped us get everything over the line as promptly as possible! Rory was also on hand to respond to any questions we had! I would highly recommend them and the amazing team for their clear communication and we overall had a great experience with them!

Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call

What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies. Communication was clear and consistent and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They were supportive rather than pushy.
30th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We had a brilliant experience selling our flat with Michael and Thomas at Integra. After a really frustrating period with another estate agent; where our flat in Blackheath just wasn’t getting the right viewings and things had completely stagnated, Integra were a breath of fresh air. From the start, they gave clear, honest advice and completely repositioned how the property was presented. The virtual tour they created was excellent and made a huge difference in attracting the right buyers. Very quickly, we had strong interest and multiple offers within a matter of weeks. Michael in particular was fantastic throughout the sale process. He was proactive, supportive and really helped keep things moving; especially during some trickier moments where his calm persistence made all the difference. What really stood out is that they genuinely live up to their name -bringing integrity, transparency and care to what can often be a stressful process. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
