She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

From start to finish, it was a great experience - not something I thought I would say about a house sale! They provided great advice every step of the way and their long-standing relationship with the local area brought useful information and a personal touch. Professional, helpful, great communicators, friendly and calm under pressure - they have it all and went the extra mile to ensure it was a great sale. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

After speaking with Winkworth Surbiton, they stood out immediately—their customer experience was on an entirely different level, and they delivered on every detail we asked for. From the very first conversation to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and exceptionally well?communicated. There was never a moment where I felt out of the loop or unsure of the next step. Everything was handled with a level of care detail that made everything stress free and effortless. A special mention must go to Ryan, whose professionalism and engagement were outstanding throughout. The process with Yolanda was finalised after some delays with the contract including follow-ups regarding utility inclusions. While Yolanda was friendly, more proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother for a new tenant. Glad everything is now sorted and looking forward to the move!

22nd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
