8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I instructed Sinton Andrews Northfield Office to sell my house in Balfour Road.Rob and Cathryn did an incredible job and in less than 1 week had obtained 6 viewings and 3 offers 2 of which were at asking price.The buyers had no chain and were ready to proceed straightaway.I was kept fully up to date as the sale went through and could not fault their professionalism at every stage.They even recommended a builder to replace the kitchen ceiling which was in disrepair who acted quickly and did a very good job.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinton Andrews indeed I have already instructed them to sell another house in Hanwell.

15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)?????<br><br>I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.<br><br>It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.<br><br>I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent service and support.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. Definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for houses in London!
20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

We later then confirmed with the property and bill suggested us ideas and opinions with what to do next and made the process very easy. Thanks to Bill and the whole of KARWOOD properties.

30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
