I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.

He is not only able to find tenants who can afford the rent; but also carefully assessing suitability, reliability and character to help ensure that my property is in safe hands.<br><br>He has also achieved a fair and reasonable rental income for me, ensuring that rent is paid promptly each month, and providing clear management statements detailing all income and expenditure.<br><br>Amidst the changes in the property market Steve has always guided me through new legislation and regulations, explain how these changes affect them.<br><br>I have no reservations recommending Steve to prospective investors in London property or for tenancy.

9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. 29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We have worked with Martin Clements of Clements Habba for most of 2026 and have just successfully completed the sale of our flat in Richmond. A personal recommendation from a neighbour led us to Martin and we were impressed from the outset by his manner and by the thoughtful approach he suggested for marketing our home.<br><br>Martin was always contactable, and given the small size of the company, we dealt directly with him for every aspect of the sale. This provided confidence and continuity as Martin both sought out and freely provided information and updates during the process, especially after we accepted an offer and started conveyancing.<br><br>I would have no reservations at all in recommending Clements Habba to anyone looking to sell or buy homes in West London. Martin’s professional manner, attention to detail and drive to complete made things easier for us during what was sometimes a stressful process. I’ll end our review with my wife’s opinion. Past dealings with estate agents had left her sceptical but in Martin’s case she has nothing but good things to say the man!!

Her confidence in not only finding a house for us but also selling ours gave us confidence. I highly do recommend Aanya for your property search, and also if you are selling. She has a far reach and is willing to work hard to ensure you are happy.<br><br>Alec is very knowledgeable and detail orientated with his view on the property market and how our property would do. This helped a lot.<br>By chance in conversation, we were discussing properties that may suit, and then all of a sudden we found our dream home!
