She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
23rd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house via the Egham team last year. Mark, who is the Regional Manager, and Harry who was our Sales agent were both excellent, very professional. Stirling gave us a much higher valuation than the two others we had and managed to get us a sale of just under 5k of our asking price, far more than we expected. Harry kept in regular contact and always called me back if he was out of the office. If you are selling in the Egham area I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd over the other prominent agent in the area who did not even bother to to call us back after their much lower valuation.

Everyone we met from the top down was friendly and professional so we were able to step back and leave things in their hands with confidence. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ??The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.

Transparency was lacking, and decisions didn’t always seem to prioritise landlords best interests. I would advise landlords to proceed with caution.
