This was a not an easy transaction as the money was coming overseas. After a number of solicitors who did not have the experience to do this transaction, Luigi and Dean they put in touch with the right solicitor. 6th May 2026 (14 days ago)MONEY HUNGRY! Leanne/Kerry only care about commissions, find a better reputable agency. Communication is extremely poor, with an unresponsive and inattentive team, and the fact that the director isn’t even based in this country seems to result in a lack of accountability.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

Ryan went out of his way at the end of the process as we had already left the property and were 2hr drive away. His flexibility and kindness were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the team to anyone selling a property in their area.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly.
