Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.
9th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.
25th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We relocated from the US and handled the entire letting process with a 7 hour time difference. Chealsie and Charlotte were an amazing team to work with. They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.
13th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)Sara Cane is every person's dream come true. During the stress of moving, she rolls out the red carpet, ironing out any obstacles in the way. A very humanistic approach. She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)The team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Emma and her manager, Guy. They provided excellent support and kept communication flowing smoothly between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. I would definitely recommend them.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

He was always available, willing to support, professional and provided feedback/ answers in a timely manner. They clearly are an expert in the Richmond market which shows in their knowledge and expertise.
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Try to be British but can’t even speak properly very bad experience when trying to talk to someone .<br>Don’t even listen I don’t what she think of herself.<br>Very rude behaviour.<br>She just always put your call on hold and talk like we owe her.
9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service.
