From the very first viewing through to exchange, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Adeline always made sure we had exactly the information we needed, when we needed it. She was quick to respond, incredibly supportive when challenges arose, and consistently made us feel that we were in safe hands. We are delighted with the purchase of our new home and a large part of that is down to the experience Adeline gave us throughout.
27th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

He instantly knew what we were looking for and brilliantly navigated a quick connection with the landlords, and made us feel so heard and comfortable throughout the process. 12th May 2026 (8 days ago)We have recently completed the purchase of our first home with Oasis. We were initially reluctant to engage with them after quite a negative experience renting with them a few years ago, however the experience was very different this time. Manny initially showed us round the property, and we were then handed over to Joe during the offer process. Joe was so helpful, proactive and communicative during the whole process - even when things weren't necessarily going to plan, he kept us informed. For example, during quite a drawn out negotiation process following the survey, the sellers suddenly became quite difficult to get hold of. This was frustrating, but Joe kept us informed, leaving us a message at the end of each working day to let us know what the status was, even if there wasn't any progress. This was very much appreciated and helped ease some of our nervousness. I also felt that Joe was very honest with me during negotiations, and was really listening to our perspective as buyers, particularly following the survey results. My one word of warning is to avoid using Apex Law, Oasis's recommended conveyancers. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with them and are raising a complaint with them, so I do think Oasis should reconsider recommending them.

There were a couple of moments that got nervy in the process but Dino handled all sides so professionally that we all got through the purchase very happily. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond my expectations and not only kept me informed at all times but also bridged any gap between the seller and buyer. Without his continuous effort and dedication, the process would have been quite lengthy and difficult. Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Laura was utterly professional and exceedingly pro active in every way with excellent communication in keeping me regularly updated on the letting progress for my flat. The same could be said for Olga who was also very proactive and responsive in a way that was most appreciated. I have never had such a positive team behind me when letting properties for over 20 years so I would highly recommend them.

She was very informative and helpful, it made the search a pleasurable experience and she was able to answer lots of questions, no time restrictions and the process was easy and smooth. Better experience than many other agencies I’ve had viewings with recently. As well as making the viewing a good experienc, She actually also inspired me to also look into a career with estate agency as she was very people focused and positive.

Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
