Each member of the team that I dealt with was helpful and professional and kept me in the loop at all times, despite some challenging situations. Particularly want to mention Kornelija and Suzy from the sales team and Sophie and Adrian from the rental team. It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

Communication was excellent and we were regularly updated with progress throughput the sale. The digital marketing was impressive and was an accurate representation of the property. 27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
21st Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We recently purchased our first home through this agency, with our agent being Ben and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing—particularly on the day of key collection. As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment. We had to chase in the time, and had no clarity on what the day would look like. We were sitting around half the day waiting for updates. There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions. We had to chase on time, we were waiting around not knowing what to even do. We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day. Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.

His attention to detail and commitment really gave us confidence and peace of mind during what can be quite a stressful process. 19th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I run a global real estate and investor services firm; in the UK I was recommended to try Foxton’s after failing to achieve results with other big names. My case was handled by Rory Briers. To me, Foxton’s reputation, that preceded my dealings with them, was revealed in full by this realtor. Rory worked so hard, well beyond his mandate, to get results. I have never seen this”over and above” the call of duty performance while dealing with other realtors. Based on this encounter and other deeper observations, I have directed managers in my firm to explore dealing exclusively with Foxtons for our UK business.
