Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Since taking over the management of my property in late October 2025, she has been absolutely phenomenal at getting things done swiftly and efficiently. The moment I report any issues or repairs required in my property, Chelsea is instantly on it and always ensures everything is handled promptly. I truly cannot thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism, and support towards her tenants. 15th May 2026 (5 days ago)11/10 for Natasha at Domus Nova. She worked patiently with me for 2+ months for my international move and rigorous referencing process. She gives NYC hustle vibes...very important when inventory can move quickly. Although she was representing the landlord, I felt just as seen and heard as a tenant and my requests were met with prompt communication despite challenging time zones. Her detail-oriented and kind spirit made me feel so comfortable signing a lease without seeing the flat in person. My lovely home is JUST as a described. The light, the garden...it is all so dreamy. I feel so grateful to have met Natasha and would recommend her to anyone looking to find their next home.

The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! 7th May 2026 (13 days ago)Avoid Coopers Residential Ruislip if you expect honesty, transparency or ethical conduct during a property purchase. Our offer of £620,000 was formally accepted and we were told the property was sold STC and off the market. Based on those assurances, we spent money on solicitors, searches and surveys, while also progressing the sale of our own property and risking losing our buyer. What makes this worse is that Alfie-Nico Diaconu and the branch were fully aware of how advanced we were in the process, yet still continued entertaining another buyer behind the scenes who later submitted a higher offer. We were then informed the seller would no longer proceed with us. Yes, gazumping may be legal before exchange of contracts, but the way this was handled was completely unethical and showed a total disregard for the financial and emotional impact on buyers who had acted entirely in good faith. If a property is supposedly “off the market”, buyers should be able to trust that statement. In our experience, that trust meant nothing here. We appreciate sellers can make their own decisions, however the conduct, communication and overall handling from Coopers Residential Ruislip was extremely poor and has left us out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Proceed with caution.

18th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Satvinder was very helpful in trying to get viewers to buy my property. He communicated well and kept me informed. Can't fault him. He found a buyer for us, unfortunately they didn't have enough deposit to secure the offer and they had to pull out. He then managed to get more viewings. The Iranian was broke out and house price fell and it became a buyer's market, unlucky for us. I think Satvinder was lovely and helpful and will be a good negotiator when provided with more training and support. I hope this review helps, as it is meant in good faith and good spirit and I am grateful for the efforts Chancellors gave.
