When things got a bit stressful he adopted just the right approach. Am very grateful for how he helped us and would have no hesitation to recommend him to others looking to buy or sell.

23rd Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)We had a fantastic service from Cooper's throughout the four and a half years with them. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. We did not have many problems just the usual wear and tear for older items but they were taken care of right away. I would recommend everyone looking to move to the Watford area to look to use their service. Five stars every time. A massive thank you to Alex, Kate and Sasha who were all amazing.

They were very professional and very responsive to any enquiries throughout the process which allowed us to ask fast whenever there were any issues They've also been helping out with renting out my previous home where the lovely Hannah has been very helpful in arranging everything
17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)We recently began rental of a property managed by Ashtons Harpenden and overall they have been great, especially Freya. Everyone we have spoken to has responded to emails professionally and quickly. We had an issue with our dishwasher when we moved in and this was fixed in a few days. The contrast between our old letting agents (LifeResidential Greenwich) and Ashtons is night and day - highly recommended.

22nd Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)We have completed requested works on rental properties . Works were approved and they have not paid for these any of these works. Nick has promised many times that payment will be made and up to now, we have not received any payment. CONTRACTORS BE AWARE do not do any work for this company unless PAYMENT Is made in advance. Do the landlords of these properties know what is going on? We work for many letting agents and this is the only one that that does not pay .

They were professional, practical and prompt, as well as supportive. As I lived far away, it was a huge relief to know that Frosts were on hand to deal with any issues. When the time came to sell my house, I received outstanding service from the Sales department, and a sale was agreed and completed in a timely manner. On the basis of my experience, I can thoroughly recommend Frosts Lettings and Frosts Sales in Harpenden and St Albans.

30th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We happily can recommend your Administration Team of Kerry, Krystyna and Sam who steered us through a very difficult change of tenant who left our property in a poor condition. Kerry was brilliant in tracking down this elusive tenant and taking it to the TDS and retrieving the full amount. Both her and Krystyna carried on with their help and advice in our pursuit of the damage the tenant had done which had been over and above the deposit figure. Sam was great at collating the evidence, which was finally settled in Court after nearly two years in our favour. We have rented out our property with Northwood for the past nine years and we have always been given great service by all of advisors in that time. Venetia and Bill Seale

Ron was incredibly attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond at every stage to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible for both parties. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. His dedication and commitment genuinely made a stressful process far easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Collinson Hall, and especially Ron, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Many thanks for all of the help throughout my first purchase!

23rd Jan 2026 (17 days ago)0 STARS ABSOLUTE SHAMBELS… what’s is it with these estate agents recently!? CUSOTMER service has been non-existent won’t have space to type all on here. Long story short, if you want to avoid being disappointed please avoid Nova Estate Agents!! Was one of the first to view a property up for rent, done what they asked applying wise, and when checking up an update as I was told regardless of being selected or not I would get a call or email at the least.. I have called them on at least 6/7 different occasions where they gave me the same excuse, oh sorry you was dealing with someone else, we will get back to you at the end of day at latest, i that same line twice! As I was on hold looking elsewhere I kept calling to at least know if I ain’t got it I can apply for others, on the final call I spoke to someone who sounded abit confused, and again passed blame to someone else someone will call you within hour.. of course two hours later nothing. I then call AGAIN.. to be told oh yes sorry the property has been LET. ???????? all I ever seem to of got was WAFFLE. AVOID.
