24th Oct 2024 (5 mo. ago)Highly recommend. Viewed property pretty much soon as I found it. Staff was amazing with my child who was very inquisitive. Then the whole process of referencing and deposits etc and getting keys was straight forward. Any issues we have had the team at Larkham and pike have been so attentive. And very genuine. Can’t ask for much more from letting agent!

25th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the short experience with this Lettings agency. Viewed a property which was said to be available immediately, put offer in of full asking price and now am being told the landlord is in no rush to let and they are waiting for other offers. Really frustrated as we have been chasing everyday to see what is happening, we made it clear that we are in a rush to leave our existing property as landlord is selling however, still received very poor service from this agency. Iv dealt with a a few in the past, and this is by far the slowest, advertising vacant properties then saying the landlord isn’t in a rush. Also got told the landlord would be happy with an 18 month contract, this is what we offered from the get go. If you need to move in a particular time frame, I really wouldn’t recommend this company.

Being a first time landlord they made the process incredibly straightforward - Indi handled everything so professionally, and was true to her word every step of the way. She was super responsive, thorough and I had complete trust in her to manage the tenancy end-to-end. When selling my property, Indi again actioned things at pace and secured the price I wanted. In terms of managing the process through to completion, the consistent service levels of the team were proven as Hefina was fantastic at liaising with my vendor, keeping me updated and worked in the background to keep the momentum going when the process slowed. If you’re looking to rent or sell a property, I would highly recommend the incredible team at Martin & Co. to handle it.

Everyone on the team has been a pleasure to deal with - answering queries in a timely fashion, always courteous and professional but friendly with it. Completely professional, calm and reassuring under pressure and, in our opinion, held the chain together, communicating with all parties involved to keep everyone fully informed. Duncan's guidance and approachability was second to none, he is a complete asset to the company and would recommend him completely if you are buying and/or selling a house in the area.
2nd Apr 2025 (21 days ago)Just dealt with Chas Lowe for my house purchase. They were incredible. I had James and David. I was lucky to have them both, they supported me every step of the way. And most importantly, they were so friendly! It felt good to deal with nice, decent people. Defo recommend!

From start to finish they were very helpful and created an attractive, professional presentation of the property. They handled viewings efficiently and communicated well once we had accepted an offer and were moving through the chain. They were much more responsive than the previous representatives and were incredibly helpful the whole time. Peter and the team always went above and beyond. If I hadn't left the area I definitely would have continued renting through them.
