From the first visit the research, enthusiasm and effort he injected was head and shoulders above his peers. Throughout the whole sale process David has been communicative and generous with his time offering advice and being a sounding board for thoughts and direction. Genuinely felt valued. He has worked 7 days a week, often responding to emails outside of business hours in order to secure a sale. In a world of increasingly faceless customer service, chat bots and online portals, I thoroughly recommend and value Chandlers service, knowledge and personable interaction.

20th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

When we sold this year, we were not disappointed. The whole team was fully engaged in getting us a buyer, was on hand to move things along when necessary, and just felt completely in our corner. Hassle free services for nearly 2 years. The customer service is top notch! Amiee and Simona are unique and excellent people. I would always come back to Larkham and Pikes!
2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.
5th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)I was the tenant for 3 years with Space Lettings. The experience is bad, they don’t even deserve a star, I’d ranked minus if I could. They don’t take their responsibilities as a management agent of the property. They didn’t come for inspection on the last day of tangency agreement and just simply asked the tenant to drop the keys in their office. We have carried out the professionally cleaning as committed. They came back with a list of items that need to be done and want to deduct from our deposits a week after we’d returned the keys. The items they listed out are mostly non sense and at the end they cut down to one item that the carpets need to re-do cleaning. We have arranged and instructed the cleaning company to re-clean by the Letting Manager agreement and confirmation. They even refused to provide the access of house for the cleaning company but to request either us (the ex tenant) or the cleaning company goes to collect keys at the shop. On the scheduled date, when the cleaning company arrived the shop, they said they have no keys and asked the workers to come back later. So the workers go back an hour later, keys still not available hence they can’t perform the job. I called the Letting Manager and state clear if the workers couldn’t get access to the house on the day we agreed, it is presumed the work are no longer required and the end of tangency cleaning therefore been completed with no further follow up actions. This conversation was also followed by email. The next day, Space Lettings requested to rearrange the cleaning without charge! The cleaning company is charging for the broken appointment and Space Lettings said they have no responsibility to pay for charge. It is completely a terrible experience with them. The conditions of house is also terrible. Kitchen flooring was removed and the water leaking problem did not fix.

I have rented a property with them for a few years now and I can say that I always receive exceptional customer service from Ivan and Holly.

They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. 2nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Recently sold our property with Leysbrook. We had never used an independent estate agents before but we’re so glad we did! On instruction the whole team got involved with creating our brochure. Andrew then took the lead on viewings and kept regularly in touch. Once sold Andrew then advised us the best way to negotiate our purchase. Donna took charge going forward with our transaction/chain. We unfortunately had many many hurdles to cross elsewhere in our chain but Donna was hugely instrumental in making it all happen. Communication was always swift. The whole team are professional, polite, organised and proactive. I would recommend them without a doubt.

We felt really taken care of, and their proactive approach made everything so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and goes the extra mile, we highly recommend Avocado, they were amazing!

BUT thankfully I was recommended to Hannah at Greenhill Estates and all of my concerns were taken care of! I would definitely recommend Greenhill Estates and I will be providing more properties of mine to Hannah. Thanks again ??????????

From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and expertise that put us at ease throughout the entire process. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when it takes a very long time to complete (notwithstanding them getting us multiple offers and finally completing with one above asking price). We had an extremely difficult property to sell. But Nick and James made it as smooth as possible. Their communication was impeccable—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. We truly felt like we were in the best hands, and I can’t recommend Nick and James more highly. If you’re looking to sell your home, do yourself a favour and get Wellington Evans onboard.
