I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! As a current tenant, I’m happy that they are managing the flat well now with prompt assistance??????????????????

I would highly recommend Connells, Gary was excellent.

We found their approach refreshing, honest & professional. James communicated & guided us through each step of what was a very quick sale after a bumpy & stressful year with other estate agents. Our only regret was not instructing them to sell our house sooner and avoiding the stress. Thank you to all the team at Chandlers.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly smile from a lady seated at the desk to my right. As I approached, she stood up, extended her hand, and said, “Good morning, I’m Ammie.” Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a wonderful relationship. The level of service, patience, and efficiency we have experienced has been outstanding. You have made us feel comfortable and at ease in the properties we have rented. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved promptly, and all inspections and upkeep have been handled professionally and on time. Larkham and Pike have now placed us in a second beautiful property, and the transition from one home to the next was smooth and swift. 20th Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.
14th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)So good for so long as a landlord, efficient and helpful. Then it went wrong when difficulties with tenants leaving when I needed to move back in. Feels like the tenants are priority and no attempt to use the accelerated process available, with everything on go slow. If I'm cynical , is this because they are still receiving rent and so earning fee which will stop when I get the house back? Currently feel I have no option but to take over eviction process myself. If you go with them, don't bother with paying for them to deal with evicting tenants, just do it yourself.

I live in Cornwall and the property being sold was in Welwyn garden city, and so I needed a reliable estate agents and could not have asked for better . They kept me informed every step of the way and I am extremely grateful. A quick sale too .
8th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)We had to move 4months before our lease ended and we clearly stated why. We were assigned an agent to help us with that. When it was getting closer to the move-out day, we were introduced to someone else who came up with new rules. At the end of the day, we were charged ridiculous amounts for unnecessary things like disposing of items that were left behind. It's been close to 2years but I still remember how we were treated unfairly.

Charlotte and India were both fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and always kept me informed throughout the process. They made everything feel straightforward and well-managed, which I really appreciated during a busy move. Would definitely recommend!

Kris was extremely efficient and handled the viewings professionally, keeping everything running smoothly. Tracie acted as our sales progressor and kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel very well managed. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend Cassidy & Tate to anyone selling their home.

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

Right from the start she has been so incredibly helpful and friendly, moving is always stressful but everything has been done quickly and efficiently which made me stress a lot less. From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
