Everyone we spoke to was really helpful and replied almost instantly to any queries we had. Evie showed us around the property and was really helpful, and then equally when Chiara took over to deal with the paperwork etc she too was very helpful. Would definitely recommend DM&Co, the process was seamless.

Let me down for a valuation after a confirmed booking. Did not call to cancel or rearrange. Lied on the phone claiming they called twice to rearrange on the day. Cowboy operation... This office is a joke! Stay away from them.

This was a very sensitive sale to deal with due to the property belonging to my recently deceased mother, the whole team were nothing but compassionate, courteous and helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and the whole process was very quick. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again all.
24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

16th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Right from our initial encounter with Manny when he came to value the property we were taken with his professional approach, his knowledge of the industry, marketing advice and his personal charisma. We were very impressed with the speed with which the photographs were taken, the particulars drawn up & the property advertised and were astonished by the amount of interest generated and the prompt & efficient viewing arrangements. Viewings were handled super professionally by Elissia & Aminah. Initially we accepted an offer in the first week and were disappointed when this sale fell through 14 weeks later. Klarico were quick to react & re-advertise. Second time around they were equally as impressive & from offer to completion took a mere 11 weeks! Sarah was with us every step of the way of the sale process and supported us throughout.

2nd Jan 2025 (12 days ago)We had struggled to sell out shared ownership flat for months with Whitenights. We had sold, but the previous chain fell apart. Whitenights found a series of completely unsuitable buyers, causing us to lose the previous property that we were buying. We changed to Sarah & Georgina at Avocado, who were a breath of fresh air. Found us the right buyer- even when a sale fell through again, and went the extra mile at every single step of the way. Such as doing the vetting for Housing solutions up front, to reduce chance of people dropping out. We remain convinced that the only reason we moved is because of Sarah & Georgina's expertise & dedication

20th May 2024 (7 mo. ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
