6th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)Advertised a property on Camden Street and after viewing, we discussed taking it further and this is where it began to go downhill.. Applied undue pressure to pay £276 to move within 2-weeks, yet after making the payment it was complete silence. When reaching out for an update 2-days prior to the move in date, the rep was unhelpful, unprofessional and lambasted over the phone. The entire move has collapsed with a lot of expense gone down the drain, including the £276 which they refuse to refund. Will be looking into escalating with The Property Ombudsman. DISGUSTING!
21st Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Where to begin, this branch has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to customer service and I would highly recommend them for their services offered. In particular, I want to commend the Branch Manager Jessica and Mortgage Broker Sukie. They have been so professional and not pushy in the slightest and despite facing delays to my house purchase due to other parties involved such as Solicitors, both have been very reassuring and have helped moved things along so I could get to completion within the required timeframe, putting me at ease during what ended up being an unnecessary stressful time when severe delays were faced. I originally was going to take my mortgage out with my bank but went with Sukie instead as he is excellent in his profession and got me a great rate, I would highly recommend others reading this to do the same, Sukie is honest, trustworthy and going with a broker like him you could get a better competitive rate. I also want to add that all other members of staff in the Branch have been super helpful too when Jessica or Sukie haven’t been around and if Bairstow Eves Head Office are reading this, please reward these staff as they deserve it and are carrying your reputation.

19th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend Ian Walker my mortgage broker highly enough! He is incredibly efficient and reliable. Due to sellers withdrawing, I ended up needing to arrange three different mortgages in just six months, and Ian handled the entire process flawlessly every single time. He managed every issue that cropped up, from dealing with expired offers to proactively contacting banks to update our rates as market interest rates dropped. The speed at which he handles documentation is amazing—we often had a formal offer back in just a few days. Ian is extremely responsive and always kept us updated; I never had to chase him once. If you want a broker who stays ahead of the game and makes a stressful process feel easy, Ian is your person. Highly recommended!

I whole hearted recommend then to anyone in need of an estate agent. Everything ran smoothly, communication was clear throughout, and the whole process was handled very professionally. She’s a credit to the company. The sale was completed in just over three months, which I was really happy with. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept things moving at every stage. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent. Thanks again for making the process so straightforward!

17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and I would strongly advise people not to stay here. I had made a booking in booking.com for 2 nights. When we arrived, the property was clearly not properly prepared for guests. There was no hand soap anywhere and not a single hand towel or towel provided on arrival, which is basic hygiene that every accommodation should supply. Upstairs in the storage room there were dirty towels and bed sheets left lying around, which immediately showed the property had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, we found three sex toys left in a drawer, which was completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet properly, which just added to how poorly maintained the place was. I contacted Emma through the app messages and she said she had contacted the cleaning team, but there was no response. I waited over an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nothing was resolved and no one helped. In the end, we had to leave the property around 10pm with nowhere to go and find alternative accommodation last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption because the property was simply not in a condition to host guests. Overall this place was unhygienic, poorly managed, and clearly not checked before guests arrived. Basic cleanliness and standards were completely lacking.

18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)The staff at Bayzos are friendly and professional. I only bought through Bayzos so can only comment on that side of the process. Once you got hold of the team they were brilliant but I did find the automated call system a bit frustrating. Overall they gave a heads up on the progress throughout.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Great investments. I get paid ontime, no headache. OPA have always been great. helped with purchase all the way, helped facilitate the transaction and on hand with any issues, even after completion. This is why I go back and buy more. I have also recommended to others who have purchased and sold through OPA. Thanks to Zara & Ramsha for help.

All that’s left is for me to pick up the keys but can’t fault Arden at all, great experience especially compared to other local estate agents!
