Right from the start of the process the caring and supportive nature and true professionalisim to which they pride themselves on really shone through as nothing was too much trouble and going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly ensured a successful outcome for me. With their expert knowledge my house sold quickly and the whole process from start to finish was seemless. Rosemary M
1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.
23rd Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.
8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Have rented through Martin & Co for nearly a decade now. In September a new Property Manager was assigned to my rental and she has been absolutely wonderful. Jude’s communication is fantastic, she’s extremely prompt and proactive and genuinely a pleasure to speak with.

I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly go the extra mile, these are your people. Thank you both so much — I’m so grateful for all your hard work!

15th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Highly recommend working with Mason and Young. I dealt with Arj who was professional, friendly and helpful. Communication has been fantastic throughout. My commercial retail unit has successfully been let out and the process was fairly straightforward and smooth.

3rd Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
