Even though they lowered the price we feel they didn’t do much to sell our house. When we left them they didn’t do much to change our minds We felt let down by them

23rd Sep 2025 (8 weeks ago)From the moment we identified the property and throughout the whole process the Leaders team were incredibly efficient. We were kept informed throughout the sales journey and it was refreshing to work with an Agent who took ownership of getting things done as opposed to acting as a post box. Sue and the team went out of their way to accomodate us, even accomodating our inflexibilities around working hours, and genuinely nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Dave who remained calm and patient, when a very willing buyer remained less so! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
29th Oct 2025 (18 days ago)I often hear that many real estate agents only work for the sellers, often ignoring the questions from buyers. I really appreciate the service from Lamberts; they handle things very flexibly and sometimes even allow viewings on Sundays, which is convenient for most buyers who need to work during the week. From the initial offer to the completion of the sale, their follow-up and responses have been much more efficient compared to my previous experiences. It’s worth mentioning that their ability to communicate via WhatsApp is a huge advantage, saving time for both parties, especially when phone calls often go unanswered or end up as voicemails. When a small issue arose just before collecting the keys, I was worried about not being able to collect them on time, but they quickly resolved the problem. Their service is truly commendable. Especially thanks for Katie and Amy to show what the professionals they’re.

Ellen kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I needed a room and they delivered quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience working with Fran from HS Homes. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Fran is efficient, reliable, and customer-focused. Definitely one of the best agencies we’ve worked with, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The photos and marketing material were extremely professional. Russell handled all the viewings personally and we received a full asking price offer within a week of putting our property on the market. We were kept fully up to date on the progress of our sale at all times, Russell was always prompt in responding to any queries and he kept in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sale progressed and we were able to complete within our desired timescales. Highly recommend!
